Some of customer service on one particular day left much to be desired. Wife asked manager if they sold Yak Traks for jogging in snow. Manager had no clue. Wife asks sales person if there was a way to see if there is a Dick’s in a different city. His reply was no. Wife ended up getting both answers from the store’s website.

Went in looking for Vinyl adhesive to fix a boating tube. There were two employees around. Both of them referred me to the other and were notably unhelpful. They were both unaware of where to find what I needed despite the store ultimately having the product I needed. Almost a joke how unhelpful they were.
