I understand you get what you pay for but I just left this place disgusted. I just wanted a salad and a couple slices of pizza. I went to get a salad and the lettuce was old and looked like it had syrup on it that’s how bad it was. I scraped up some decent lettuce from the side (I know, gross, but I was hungry) and got some shredded cheese. When I bit into it I almost puked. The cheese was so old it tasted nasty. I used to work at McDonalds and this wouldn’t ever be acceptable anywhere… No matter how cheap you get your food. Never will I go there again. These store managers need to visit and see what they’re serving.

Ugg … This is where we used to eat after band stuff in high school. It’s gone to c**p. There have been times where they pre Sauce the noodles … Bad selection & many times are not getting enough made to keep up with the crowds & then have a ton out when no one is there. Bugs on the wall brave enough to get as close as your napkin holder … Gross.

Quick place to eat. Salad bar consisted of salad, carrots, onions, and mushrooms. They did make a pizza in request with no problem.

Typical pizza buffet: jack of all trades, master of none. Pizza was ok, salad bar was kinda sad, and the desserts were decent. What really upset me was that I went in to the restroom to change my baby and there was no place to change him. No fold-out changing station, and the counter was way too small to lay him down on. Isn’t this a family/children-oriented place? I was really disappointed by that.

I like Cici’s every once in awhile. Boy was I disappointed. The tables were all sticky as was the chairs and high chair. The manager was a woman who did not try to hide her disdain for her job and whoa those that disturbs her. My wife got iced tea and informed her that the sweet tea was not slightly sweat. No oh sorry, no I’ll take care of it. She just went in back and got out some sugar and stirred some in. This store has really gone downhill. Must be that the owner is not anywhere around the area. Sad, truly sad.

Apparently this place has gone downhill since the last reviews! They only had cold, half pizzas on the buffet and when you ask for a different kind, they magically pull a whole one from under the counter. And then, that one was cold too!!! They never brought out any new cinnamon rolls and the ones that were sitting out were hard and very stale! The manager seemed nice enough, but he spent the whole time chatting up the only person working the line. If you go here, make sure to order a special pizza, so it will be fresh! It’s getting harder to get my family’s moneys worth at this place-we will not be back :(

When did 1 buffet + 1 drink + tax total over $ 8.00 at Cici’s? I know that still makes for a cheap lunch, but I was pretty surprised. For what it’s worth, this franchise is pretty clean, and the pizza was OK, but I’m not sure that I’ll hurry back any time soon.

I can’t really complain about an inexpensive, quick meal where the cooks don’t mind making me my very own macaroni and cheese pizza! My son loves it and they always have school fundraisers here, so we eat here more than I would like to. Someone is always cleaning the tables and the buffet line. The staff is really nice and the manager is always there to make sure things are flowing smoothly.
They have a tiny arcade and a bunch of trinket machines, so bring your change. The grabber game is very loose so you may end up going home with a troll doll if you’re lucky.
For under twenty bucks you get your money’s worth.
