Atmosphere is ok. Food not so good. Chips and queso… queso sauce really runny and no flavor, just white cheese. Chips very blah, generic store brand. Wings…we ordered 2 sauces, Me so spicey and Major jerk. Both had no flavor/no spice. Long Island ice tea had way too much sour mix. Will not come back

I have to agree with other Unilocalers that the service is horrible this could be a little jem for Grayslake but the food isn’t too much butter

Suprised by the low Unilocal score. Although we go every other Monday for lunch. Awesome specials. 59c wings boneless or traditional. Service is pretty accommodating and friendly. Definitely a step up from Buffalo wild wings. Big meaty wings, decent fries. Curly or straight are good. Sometimes wings are a little too crispy. Great selection of sauces. This place is my favorite to go to in Grayslake, round lake and gurnee area. Libertyville and Palatine have a better place, but with a 2 year old, sometimes closer is better! =) On a monday 2 people can eat here for a $ 25 tab including 20% tip.

The food is horrible and so is the service. The wings at Jewel are better and the shrimp were still frozen. Don’t waste your time here. There are much better options in the area.

It was a pleasure being served by Ashley who is a great bartender. I also ordered a chicken Tender Wrap that was one of the best wraps I’ve had. Asked Rick the owner who mentioned that«LoLo» made the the wrap. It was the best rolled wrap I’ve ever had and was extremely tasty! Kudos to LoLo. It was great evening with good food and cold beer with a staff that is hardworking and extremely friendly to provide a good dining experience! If you haven’t been to Wings, highly recommend coming in as this place is great to watch some sports and enjoy some food and drinks with a pleasant staff that make you feel at home.

Staff is very offensive and non-attentive. Food is below average as wing sauces lack favor. If your a fan of good wings don’t waste your time, not the place for you. I have also read many comments about an employee disrespecting police officers who were paying customers on their lunch break. This speaks volumes about why their business is not very successful. Love your customers and take pride in your product. They do neither. Fail!

Employee yells from the kitchen FUCKTHEPOLICE at uniformed officers This is a hostel place of business toward law enforcement! I walked out without ordering for fear of what would be put into the food by the kitchen staff. Beware before you take your health and well being into this business.

Tonight was my families first visit. Positives: my mom loved her traditional wings with buffalo sauce. The fries were tasty. The waitress was nice, if somewhat inattentive considering how empty the place was. I assumed it was because we arrived at about 5:15, a little early for the usual dinner crowd. Negatives: the Pepsi tasted like the mix was off– too syrupy. It took 45 minutes to get the food. Once it came, my meal was cold,(I tried the boneless wings on special) my daughter’s chicken strips were dry, and the side of macaroni and cheese tasted like a frozen dinner. And not a very good one. My father ordered a burger which was just average at best. I prefer to eat at local places when possible, but if I want wings or similar, Buffalo Wild Wings is just as good, way faster, and usually hot when you get them.

My husband and I have found our new Friday night dinner place. We absolutely love Wings Etc in Grayslake. We’ve been there three times in the past month and the food and service are spectacular! This place is the best kept secret in Lake County IL.

Haven’t had the wings because we always get the wraps, which are great. Love the wraps and fries but the service could be better. We could hear the kitchen staff dropping the F bomb repeatedly from our table. Not exactly family friendly when I had my 10 year old with me for an early dinner. I think they just need to remember that what is said in the kitchen can be heard in the dining room sometimes. I got the feeling they didn’t realize that.

First time here and we came to watch the blackhawks. Very disappointed with the service and food. We ordered two apps, fried mushrooms and stuffed jalapeños. It’s alright for bar food. We orderd burger, 16 traditional wings naked(sauce on the side) and 16 pieces of rib tips.

Surprised by the low Unilocal score. We’ve been to this location 3 times now, and food has always been on point as compared to any other place in the Burbs we’ve been to. Leaps and bounds better than Buffalo Wild Wings. Hands down. No question. Some highlights: — 50 cent wings Mondays/Thursdays w/19 sauces to choose from. And unlike many other places, you can choose 1 wing per each sauce if u just can’t make up your mind! Prob my most fave thing — these wings are sauced. This place does not scimp on the sauce, which I absolutely appreciate — pretzel dippers delicious w/tons of dipping cheese. Lactards beware… — beer battered chz bites amazing. Again, lactards beware — lots of beers on draft w/excellently priced domestics — Tons of TVs in the bar. Not a bad seat in the house Cons: — you have to order ranch /blue cheese separately on the specials’ menu(but again, the wings have so much sauce that this has not really been a problem). — all we’ve ordered is wings so far… so have no idea how everything else on there very extensive menu is — The service is definitely very slow, but friendly enough.

Terrible service. Took my son’s there to watch the msu game. Sat there for 15 to 20 minutes without a person coming by our table. No beer, food or even someone saying hi. After 20 minutes we left. The bartender was also serving the tables. I am a local business owner and I will never go back. Don’t waste your time going here.

After experiencing one of the worst dining experiences ever when I was first here, friends and I decided to dine here for the Bulls game the other night. I was eery about coming back but I am actually glad I did. They definitely seemed to have upped their game because the service was awesome and the food was a lot better than it was. We knew a lot of the servers here so it was nice to socialize with them. Food was good. I ordered wings and some fries and we ordered some appetizers. They were all hot and fresh but the fries were extremely salty. I had to wipe them down a little bit before I got sick from them. Beer is cheap and cold. and good. $ 2.50 domestic is not bad. All in all, a much better experience than last time and I actually look forward to coming back here in a near future.

A laid back bar with tons of flat screens are great for watching games. I highly recommend the Chili and Brownie Bites dessert. The domestic beer specials were good. However, the rest of the food was OK and portion sizes we not very big for the price.

We’ve been here several times but it appears that the service is clearly going down. Today we sat in the main dining room and one of the bartenders was also our waitress. Since there is a wall between the bar seating and our table, she couldn’t see us. ‘Out of sight, and out of mind’. Service was non existent. Even the food was a bit sub par. We wouldn’t order the sliders(hanger of burgers) ever again. They were dried out and bad. The manager seemed uninterested in helping us out. We waived at him a couple of times and he basically ignored us. This place started out fine, but I’d pass it in the future. We will probably give it one more chance since we have had prior good experience. BTW this was a Saturday night and they weren’t busy at all.

Our first experience coming here was very positive on all fronts. The décor is sports driven, and there is plenty of elbow room. Being new, the place is very clean, well lit and in good order. Our waiter was spot on. He knew the menu, was able to give suggestions(which turned out to be accurate) and was very tentative. Plus he was also very friendly and had a nice outgoing attitude. Being our first time, we ordered several items and shared it so we got the chance to taste a number of items. In our order we have the pretzels with beer cheese(outstanding) several dozen wings(asian style, garlic/parm, medium) all of which were good. Unlike a few reviews, our wings were not soaking in grease… they were wet with the expected sauce which I like. There was also a chicken burger(very good) and a ½ order of ribs, which was also really good. As for the spiciness of the wings… none of the ones I had were very spicy which the Asian were suppose to be, but I thought they were mild. But, this is typical of any wing place, it takes several tries to find the right one. In this trip I didn’t order any beer so can’t comment on the variety /chill of the beer, but what I saw come out, the glasses certainly looked cold… so you can bet I’ll be coming back with a friend or two to have wings & beer time. I’ll certainly be coming back to this place and hope to do so for a long time to come.

I truly hate to give this place 2 stars but it’s for the food only. I came here with the family after hearing all of the hype for a new wing place. The fact that they are still relatively new just means that I’ll give them another shot in a few months. From the get go, the service was excellent. The manager/owner took the time to travel the tables and ensure good service. That is the reason they were given any stars. Service is extremely important and they bent over backwards to entertain the family and thank us for coming in. As for the food… The wings were great sized and larger than most I’ve had but sadly, they were drenched in oil! When we received our order, I looked into some of the baskets to see the bottom half of the wings swimming in oily sauce. It just screamed stomach ache. The few on top of the oil were tasty but the rest were just inedible. I think I’ll give them another chance after they realize that the recipes or methods need to be tweaked.

Where to start. I understand this is a new place but there is no excuse for poor quality food! I ordered a salad and a cup of soupy boyfriend a burger. The host did not know the soup of the day… It’s 9pm at this point. Do they have children working there? Anyway she didn’t ask for the temperature for the burger so when we picked it up it was barley cooked. He eat the edges so he wouldn’t get Sick! The curly fries were Good but cold. I try to be patient but I’m a server myself and would NEVER serve anyone the quality of food we got tonight. The salad was fine but how can you mess up a house salad? Oh wait I know, by not including the right dressing and wasting an entire tomato on one salad!!! The cup of soup was tiny. 3 $ but I didn’t even eat it. Such a waste of money on this place. We won’t be coming back that’s for sure. I didn’t see the inside but there was no need to.
