Domino’s Pizza

I’ve been ordering from this Domino’s for 15 years, but never will I come back again. They scammed me and lied about making a new order when they clearly gave me old and cold pizza. I cancelled my order online after I found I was mischarged, and when I called on the phone they said they’d make a new pizza once I redo the order online. So an hour later I ordered again and when I come in, they FOOL me and give me the order I cancelled and replaced the «sticker» on it with the details of the new order to cover it up with the old order’s info, thinking I wouldn’t notice. It’s like we’re playing games here. Ha Ha, nice try but I wasn’t born last night. I got the last laugh and you got the last dollar out of a loyal customer.

Wow. How badly managed can this Dominos stay for this many years?
So the whole Girl Scout troop is here at the house and we ordered quite a few pies.
Wouldn’t it nice if they had actually been competent enough to actually SLICE the pizzas? True, they were partially cut. But clearly in such a rush and by such a low level worker that they take no pride in the product they put out.
So we’re sitting here dealing with a bunch of girls who have pulled apart pizzas in a crazy way because it was reasonable for them to expect they had been sliced. The girls didn’t know better. They just kept trying to pull apart the slices. Insert your own mental image here.
This store has been a disgrace to the dominos brand for years. It continues.

This specific dominos is really great! There pizza is fresh and they always have great deals for there pizzas compared to other places!

Always great service. Very fast and friendly, accurate and prompt. The delivery drivers are very nice and most importantly the food taste great! The pizza and all the ingredients are very fresh. Any sides such as wings, cheesy bread, and the deserts are delicious to. This Domino’s is one of the best in the area that I have ever ordered from. Never messed up a single order once. Georgetown Pike Domino’s rocks!

I’ve been ordering from this Dominos for years with no problems… I always try their new offerings, and in my opinion, they have been coming up with some great tasting pizzas.
Their new pan pizza is very good, and much light and less greasy than the Pizza Hut pan pizza. I also like the recent Artisan pizzas, especially the spinach Alfredo version.
Their online order system is quick and easy, and avoids mistakes. When I recently picked up my order and realized I had not gotten the bottle of Coke I had added to the order, they cheerfully gave me a bottle on my next visit,
The staff is generally attentive and friendly, and alway takes care to satisfy the customer.

They would not accept a coupon from a flyer we get all the time. The punk in charge was a smart ass big mouth. I will never order from there again. Been a customer for many years and never had a problem until now. I suggest who ever owns that Domino’s in Great Falls get a professional management staff.

I would actually give it 0 stars. This place is the worst when it comes to service, professionalism, and quality. The only thing that I would say they are good at is consistency, and it is because they are constantly awful. I was actually using a free coupon from the last time that they screwed up my order and I had heard they had this new pizza and thought I would give them another try. I ordered an America’s Favorite Feast Large Brooklyn Style, and they sent us a Large regular cheese pizza. The delivery guy had an attitude when I told him that they had sent me the wrong pizza.
I was very upset at the tone of this guys voice when he said «you are not my employer so you have to call dominos, you cannot talk to me,» it was at this time that I gave him back the pizza and slammed my door. I then called the Dominos storefront to complain and to get a replacement pizza, the guy then told me that they had placed the order wrong and they were going to send be the pizza. Then I called again to talk to the manager to tell him what was going on and they gave me to the «person in charge» and he said that I have slammed the door on his finger and that he saw the damage. This is a preposterous accusation, as my 22 year old son was standing there, and saw that the door slammed but it didn’t get hit anything and cloased very smoothly as well as the time frame that I called and the time it woudl have taken for him to get back to the store wouldn’t have fit. The delivery guy came up with some sort of farce in order to cover himself that they delivered the wrong pizza. Keep in mind that this guy had already been tipped and he basically ran off with the tip and never came back with the new pizza.
I thought that his behavior was ludicrous and not what you would expect when you are trying to have a quick and easy meal and therefore order delivery. I wanted to talk to the manager about the crazy shenanigans that were occuring at his establishment, and when I called they gave me the «person in charge,» Matthew Collier, he kept up with the same awful attitude and when I wanted him to have his manager contact me when he came in, he said flat out «No, why would I do that?» I don’t know who these people think they are, but if this is the sort of attitude they have, I guess it is no surprise that the best job they could get is working at a fast food restraunt. I don’t know what they are thinking they are going to accomplish with that sort of professionalism.
I unfortunately cannot comment on the quality of the pizza since they never returned with another pizza nevertheless an apology. This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had with an establishment and you should really try and stay away from this place.

The customer service here is exceptional. I ordered online many times before with no issues. The first time I had any problems I ordered online for delivery. Within a minute of the order being placed I recieved a call from Matthew indicating he was only person working at the time. He said that he could not deliver the pizza to me.
He further explained he was calling around trying to get someone to show up since the delivery driver had not shown. I completely understand situations like this happen and appreciated the quick phone call. I did not have to wait around to find out it could not be delivered, which was nice. When I showed up he upgraded my pizzas from mediums to larges and had 2 deserts and a 2 liter waiting for me. He was very appologetic about the whole situation and was very genuine in wanting to take care of me as the customer. Matthew took what could have been a bad customer experince and completely turned it around.

On the north side of Georgetown Pike, in Great Falls, near the fire station and the 7 – 11 is the Great Falls Domino’s Pizza. It is simply a carry-​out or delivery location but seems to handle the task as advertised.
The Missus and I first used their services on Christmas Eve this year. We had a big dinner planned for the next day and just wanted to do something simple that night. The other Great Falls eateries had closed early so we didn’t have much of a choice if we were to stay in the area.
We stopped in and ordered our pizza’s, a couple medium pies, one the «Bacon Cheeseburger» feast pizza and the other a custom pepperoni. They told us it would take about 15 minutes so we went back and waited in the car. Before exiting we had to take a moment to marvel at the dexterity of the pizza maker as he was hard at work and was still able to hold a cell phone between his shoulder and ear. Not an easy task as you may know.
After waiting about 10, or so, minutes, one of the kids was kind enough to bring out the pizzas to the car and even went back for extra Parmesan and hot pepper packets.
The pizzas were yummy but they messed up the cheeseburger pizza putting italian sausage on it instead of ground beef. No biggie.
We decided to order from them again on New Year’s Eve, and this time used the
web site to place the order. This time a couple medium-​sized custom deep-​dish pepperoni pizzas (always a crowd pleaser).
Delivery from Ataf was prompt and courteous. The pizzas were hot and tasty even on that cold night.
It is a good pizza joint for those who like Dominos. I’d recommend it.
