Chick-fil-A

Always clean and the staff is very courteous. We love eating here. Very reasonable to take a family out to eat. The food is always hot and fresh. The chicken sandwich is always my go to meal. Long lines but they always go quick.

I usually enjoy this location… I especially enjoy chick fil a… however the service here has been poor as to the last few days. I went a few days ago, and the attitude of the person helping me was less than impressive. On this day I ordered two separate orders which were both butchered… today I was given a free coupon while I was at work to get a free grilled chicken sandwich so I went over to get my free sandwich and ordered a drink. Their grilled machine was down which is understandable but I asked if I could replace it with the cheaper chick fil a sandwich and they, with attitude, told me I would have to pay the difference for the sandwich or I would have to come back tomorrow. I then asked to speak to the manager who told me I could not get the sand which offered but I could get a chicken sandwich… I told him that was all I was asking, and the associate standing at the window said «wow». There was no offer of sauce, and no «my pleasure» coming from her mouth. I was very displeased and I’m usually never unhappy with my service at chick fil a. I wouldn’t complain over a free sandwich, I’m complaining over poor service.

This was my second visit to this franchise; went thru drive-​thru and ordered a garden & fruit salad but was charged and given a regular grilled garden salad which was poorly assembled.
They were skimpy on the lettuce and stingy with the chicken too. I couldn’t go back because I was headed home with a 4-​mo old.
Maybe I’ve been spoiled by others or this situation was a fluke, either way I wont be back to this store.

4 stars for the delightful service. i know that this is not a vegan dining experience but chick-​fil-​A has always been kenz’s favorite fast food joint (except on sundays when the religious bastards are freaking closed) so we decided to do some more ‘vacation temporary suspension of dining constraints’.
the drive-​thru line was around the block (figureatively as it was in a plaza… it was Mad long tho) and we decided to zip inside instead. and there were no lines at all. the counter girl was über friendly and helpful and very sweet. the chicken was delicious and cruchy and moist (breading/​meat). plus they have diet dr pepper. yay!
we are glad that we don’t live here or it would be too hard to remain a non-​carnivore.
