IHOP

The greeter had no clue what she was doing and took us to the wrong section and then made us move. Apparently the section she moved us into didn’t have a server so we waited 30 minutes just to be acknowledged and get drinks. It was another 45 minutes before we got the food, which was burnt, and the waiters never checked back with us. This isn’t the first time I’ve had this experience.

This location has some pretty bad rep based on the other reviews. In my personal opinion, this is the best ihop I have visited in years. I came here with a party of 22 and we all received our food within 20 minutes. There is one waitress who served us and told some quality jokes. When my bro told his own funny joke she gave him a fist bump.

Went to this IHOP with family that came from out of town for my wedding recently. It was the WORST service I’ve ever gotten ANYWHERE in my life.
We came in to a pretty empty restaurant, so we thought nothing of our kind of large party. We ordered our food and everything seemed fine.
When our waitress brought our food, almost everything was wrong. When we told her this she for an attitude with us. We asked to see the manager, but apparently she was in the back cooking.
There was so much that went wrong, it’s hard to even remember and exhausting to have to try. The biggest problem was everyone’s attitude problem.
I was embarrassed for my family to have to be there and be treated that way after driving such a long way.
I WILL NEVER return to this IHOP again, EVER.

Food was average at best, service was extremely slow — took over an hour from when our order was placed to the food hit the table. Needless to say we won’t be back.

I can’t even deal right now. I haven’t even left the restaurant and I am leaving this review.
The customer service here needs work. The waitress taking care of me seemed new and if she wasnt then that says a lot. But the waistresses were louder than everyone in the restaurant. I came here to study, because in the past its been an okay place to do so. Not returning for the rest of the semester.

If you’re looking for a place with horrible customer service, smelly carpets and cushioned benches, incredibly long wait times, then the Greenville IHOP is the place for you. My husband and I would normally order their take out rather than eat in that disgusting place. The last time I went there was with my mother and two small children. The server, was rude and said she would come back to help us but we noticed her doing several other things. We were ready to order as soon as we placed our drink orders but she insisted on taking our order after she returned with our drinks.
She isn’t the only waitstaff there with a chronic bad attitude. With that and their disgusting run down building, I doubt we’ll even be ordering take out from them any more.

Do not come late at night! They have 1 cook, 1 waitress, and a manager who can’t come out of the kitchen. Hope you’re not in a hurry!

The service was pretty good. The food was what you would expect. But a whole lot to say about the place, felt like every other ihop I’ve ever been in.

Dump! Not going to say that the positive reviewers don’t know what they’re talking about. Will only say that you have set the bar really low if you enjoy anything about this place other than its location.

Visited this place on Christmas Eve and the service times were ridiculous. Had to ask for the food several times and never got everything!

What? Am I really reviewing an IHOP. Then again, I’m in Greenville and the restaurant selection is… sparse. For what its worth, they have a decent value menu and offer up big portions for fairly decent diner food and are open during the times most places are closed. If you crave pancakes at night and are tired of waffle house, here’s a place to chill. The staff was friendly and the crowd wasn’t too ghetto. Good place for a cheap meal and a good long chat with a friend.

Always busy but always delish!
