Food is great. Always served really quickly and if there’s ever been an issue they correct it and/or go above and beyond. The cashier depending on who it is can sometimes be a bummer but everything else is great :) And the inside lighting is awesome. It makes for a warm welcoming environment.

It’s like any chain sandwich place but with better branding. Nothing is actually made in house, the meats are the same processed stuff you’d get at Subway. The bread is only baked there(Some of it, not most) the soup all comes from a bag out of a steamer or microwave. This place is popular because of its presentation, but it lacks the quality and portions to back it up. It’s the Olive Garden of sandwich places, so if paying too much for bland processed food is your Jam, enjoy!

Watched someone quit on the job. Awkward environment, seemed like all the workers didn’t want us there. Went to grab my food when my buzzer went off and got a major attitude from the blonde girl in the kitchen. Good food, but probably won’t come back.

To all NYC Panera customers BEWARE FYI Panera’s delivery service IS run by Über and you are required to go down and retrieve your order from the bicycle delivery man… he said he didn’t have a lock for his bike. I called and a women said that it is there policy that they do not bring your order to your office. I believe we order delivery so we don’t have to go down and pick up our food. Evidently Panera knows nothing about corporate world in NYC. ANDYOUALREADYTIPPEDHIMWHENYOUPLACEDYOURFOODORDER. Guess this is why the UBERCEO is a billionaire!

Food was GREAT, I’d never ate at a Panera before and was very surprised at how many healthy options were available. I didn’t feel like crap later. Service was shitty though. The ladies in the front couldn’t have been any more dry and humorless. Not a single smile, thank you, or have a nice day. Despite the tip.

I used to be a enthusiast of this location. However.since about 2 months ago(maybe more?) this location’s food quality has been taking a change for the worse. The staff seems to have been cycled through leaving the visitor without a rather friendly professional service(or I come on the wrong days). Even the basic baguette has become more sad-dense on the interior with a thin and chewy crust. I hardly ever get a warmed through panini. The chicken is now sparse and Shredded!(Not cool, well actually.) it never seems to be hot or even warmed fully. No bueno. I will be looking for a new location soon. Unfortunately this one is closest to home. :( I miss it how it used to be. Other than that I do like this location for its convinence, speedy service, and good interior lighting. Just the quality and service seems to be lacking.

I do like Panera Bread. I always order online, get the pick two and I think it is a fairly good deal. The food is fresh and I like how you can customize your orders easily. However, I have a concern with their accuracy. I only get 30 minutes for my lunch break and order via the rapid pick up so that I do not have to wait in the often times long lines. You simply walk in, find your bag sitting on the shelf, and leave. However, after doing this a few times over a years span I can truthfully say that at least ¾ of the time my order is either totally wrong, or they have not included my drink cup. Therefore, I have to stand in line to get it corrected. The whole point of the rapid pick up is in the name — RAPID. I do not have 5 – 10 minutes to waste waiting for them to acknowledge me standing there, with my to go bag, to get a simple drink cup. As I mentioned, I like that you can customize, but sometimes these requests do not fulfilled. If I add avocado and pay $ 1 for that extra, I expect it to be on my order. Today they forgot my cup and the guy at the front counter sighed in disgust when I asked for it(after waiting 5 minutes in line). Hopefully this was because he was as annoyed as I am with the inconvenience. I guess I will have to start putting«DON’T FORGETMYCUP» in the special instructions when I order and see if this helps. :(

Definitely one of my favorite places to grab lunch. Everyone there is always so friendly & they always make the best broccoli cheddar soup. Their membership card is great definitely saved some money with it. It’s so peaceful there.

I live in an area that has mostly restaurant chains. It’s usually your hybrid of canned corporate food that only uses the most natural ingredients(natural not as in real, but as in it exists in the real world) places. Whatever. As far as this corporate chain they’ve got their lingo as well as their«type» of what they consider good food. And it’s not all that bad really either. I have eaten here a couple of times and while I don’t crave coming back here it’s a good option under the chain category. They’ve got«healthy» choices that are not loaded down in empty calories. There’s the«broth bowls» one being with soba noodles and vegetables. Then they have pasta like mac and cheese(under unhealthy of course). There’s sandwiches that consist of their baked bread and some actually have vegetables besides lettuce and are not all loaded with cheese and meats. I like the fact that it’s some sort of a bakery. The breads seem fresh and there are some healthy choices on those shelves. They have your goodies/pastries. I’ll pick up some bread to go with a soup I made at home sometimes. Bottom line is I can find something to eat here as there are vegetarian, and even vegan options. My favorite part of this restaurant is that they have the calories on the menu so you can make a choice whether to say the hell with it and throw caution to the wind. Ya I’ll have one of those pastas that are 980 calories. Heck I did not break 1000 on that so. It won’t kill you today right?

We usually love Panera, great food, but the Gresham location sucks. Been here 3 or 4 times and they have yet to get our order completely correct. The counter staff is always unfriendly and could care less about doing a good job or making customers happy. Tonight was the last time we will ever go back to this location after the kid behind the counter rolled her eyes at us after we tried to explain 3 times that we wanted the Pick 2. Again, my order was wrong and my wife’s food was cold. Never again.

Today my son and I stopped by panera at Gresham station to get a quick snack and a beverage. After being ignored for the first 5 to 7 minutes we were finally greeted by a nice young lady and she was helpful and kind to us. I guess I made a huge mistake by asking them to heat up my bread. The young lady asked a kitchen person or whoever she was too great up my bread. After a moment or two and some grumbling about how it wouldn’t fit in the microwave… She stomped off and nuked my bread. Then she casually and with arrogance finally gave us our bread. Finally with a snotty tone she told us to «have a nice day.». Who knew a little request like heating up some bread would get us basically thrown out. That wannabe pan faced mousey so called«help», needs an attitude adjustment.

I have eaten at Panera several times and have yet to be disappointed. I have ordered everything from coffee to tea, soup, salad and sandwiches and let’s not forget those yummy desserts! Everything has always been extremely delicious and they have great serving sizes. I have always been in during the lunch rush and since I’m on my lunch I take the time to eat and enjoy my book etc. The staff has never made me feel as though I need to hurry up and leave which, is not necessarily the case with other places in the area. I will continue to eat here in a regular basis!

Oh, how I love Panera Bread. I’m so glad they opened up in Gresham! My Panera review has to be the same or similar to all over Panera reviews I’ve left. The people who work here are very friendly and the restaurant itself is clean. The cashiers here were a little slow when we first started going, but I attribute that to it *just* opening probably six months ago. Parking is around back, not around front. That would be my only con to this location. If you have somebody who can’t walk far or if you don’t want to push a stroller or anything of the sort, I recommend dropping them off and going to get parking. Otherwise, I heart Panera.

Food was yummy and I was impressed at how quickly we were served and received our food during the lunch rush. It was about 20 bucks for the two of us, but it did include two pastries we couldn’t resist buying. Perhaps we were just blind, but there didn’t appear to be a place with extra utensils so we had to ask the busy kitchen staff for a knife. I had never been to a Panera Bread before and this was a great first time.

Spent $ 35 for the wrong order… Then they ran out of spinach… I called in the order before and ended up waiting 20 minutes for soup and salad… Lame. Food is good, but portions are small.

I’m so glad they opened up in Gresham. The smell of fresh baked goods smacks you in the face as soon as you walk in. For me it brings back such good memories from my childhood. Their prices are pretty much on par with any other food establishment if not a bit cheaper. The salmon couscous salad is super tasty with just enough vinaigrette to coat the entire salad. The combination of fresh bread, Italian meats and fresh veggies makes the Italian sandwich a must have. I could go here three times a day and not get tired of it. An added bonus if you order a meal you can add on a pasty for just a buck. I will be back and hopefully it will be soon.

What a great addition to Gresham. We stopped in and grabbed a soup and sandwich. The bread is crazy good and I am not a carb nut. For two people it was $ 20.95 and included a brownie.
