I called the store to get some information on my plan and to find out if I should change it due to the amount of usage we were using and the gentleman on the phone was very helpful and recommended something that worked for me. I didn’t feel like he was just trying to get me off the phone or anything. Really nice.

At first this location seemed helpful. They SEEMED like they knew what they were talking about. We wanted to switch to Sprint almost a month ago. After talking with a sales rep, he convinced us that Sprint would be a good way to go. So we told him exactly which iPhones we wanted. Only 1 of the phones we wanted were in stock. He assured us that the rest of us would get ours in just a week or two. It has been almost FOUR weeks and they STILL don’t have them in stock and«don’t know» when they’ll get more. I finally was fed up and called two other locations. Both locations offered right away to order the ones we want and have them in about a week. WHYDIDN’T THEGRESHAMLOCATIONEVEROFFERTHIS?! I just don’t get it. It seems so simple. They wasted my family’s time and patience and now we know never to go to this location again.

At the troutdale location. Been here over an hour for a simple esn change and they are helping people order phones that came in 45 minutes after us, it’s 2:29pm and neither of them will give us their name or manager information. Horrible horrible horrible
