The people are very nice and patient. My only issue is when they tell me ten days for my daughter’s glasses (which she counted down) and they still don’t have them in for almost three weeks, I get a little upset.
I know it’s not their fault personally, but please give me a more accurate window of expectancy. That’s all. Again, the staff is very nice. Called today and the gentleman I talked to was very sincere and honest.

Awesome customer service. Great technology. Very good and professional doctor and nurse. I did my annual eye exam and ordered new contacts. I love the high level of care which was provided during my visit. I got a lot of information about options of how to improve your vision. It was easy to make appointment. They called and reminded me about it as well and I came 30 min earlier filled in paper work and was ready for my appointment on time. Love that clinic

I came in for new contacts. I was able to get my exam same day, (the doctor was really nice and clearly competent) as well as a trial pair of contact lenses.
The bill insurance and have good follow up– checking for comfort and fit before ordering my final lenses.
My husband came with me to pick up my contacts, and ended up getting and eye exam (30 min wait only) and got some fantastic new glasses.
(oh, and they were done in 45 minutes. now that is some service)
Staff is friendly and helpful. I’ll be back after I save up for the $ 380 Tiffany sunglasses I am now coveting!
