I live around the corner from this place so this is my go to when I want a good lunch and a beer. The atmosphere is awesome if your a sports fan and the service is amazing/friendly. I had the brisket sandwich the other day and it was good just wish there was more meat to it but all in all a good place to hang out and have a beer.

Used to love this place. Last two times were completely awful and we will not be back. The only reason we came back is because the management gave us $ 25 to try them again. This is why they get 2 stars. For their servers and management. Food is awful, except for the wings. Just had valentine’s prime rib. Came with gross canned spinach with cream, the prime was super fatty, and the potatoes didn’t taste like anything. We shouldve gotten $ 25 worth of wings instead. Super pissed but ohwell we gave it a try like they asked and failed. Fiancés pork sandwich was fatty as well, fries were ok… being in the food industry I guess my expectations were to high, my two work places blow this place out of the water. Please come and try Tuscan Tavern & Grill in Lake Geneva and David’s Bistro in Antioch for some good food.

Fantastic service at the bar by Danny and Chauncey. Food was delicious and they offer a military discount. Can’t thank you enough for such a great experience.

come here several nights a week. Bartenders & servers take great care of me as always. Except for today(2÷10÷16) I got the worst customer service by the manager(Rosie). I have been in the restaurant business for over 5 years and have the understanding of what is Good customer service. always going above and beyond for your guests and she was terrible. Will NEVER go back there because of her. Hope someone realizes soon on who they have representing their restaurant cause she was the worst. Especially as MANAGER cause that was NO manager. Never seen her before working and it was better that way. She just ruined a great spot where I had great beer & got taken care of by some awesome people. Thanks…

Completely disgusted by the service and way we were treated by no other then their GENERALMANAGER Rosie Vasquez. Rosie single handedly embarrassed this establishment. Her customer service was horrid and the way she talks to customers is horrendous. Because of their«General Manager» Ms. Rosie Vasquez, a regular of 5 days a week, who tips 50% of every bill will no longer step foot in that establishment, nor will any friends or acquaintances. Because of Rosie, a lot of business from multiple people has been lost, and because of her, her servers will miss out as well. What a shame a general manager doesn’t care about her customers or employees.

I was expecting a typical sports bar with decent food. What I got was fantastic service and DELICIOUS food, and a huge menu to boot. This is my new go-to in Gurnee.

Great pub, good food, good beer selection, service is also very good! Only thing that can be bettered are the prices.

Came here on a Saturday afternoon with family. I’ll start off with the cons– Server didn’t fill our waters up once. Food was meh. Gf had the fish and chips which had more of a fried chicken look than the usual batter you see on the fish and it was flavorless. Fries were terrible and seemed barely cooked. My brother had the brisket sandwich and didn’t even finish it because of how bad it was. He even commented that it tastes like something you’d get out a cafeteria. The kid eats everything so to hear him say that was surprising. The pros — I had the bahn mi sandwich which I enjoyed. The sandwich was fresh and very spicy which was a plus. My father had the Cobb salad which was piled high with all the ingredients. Overall just ok warranting a 2 star review. Probably won’t be back.

Best way to put it: Simple food(borderline boring). Great beer selection, and great place to buy pitchers, and watch a game in the burbs of gurnee. The food is nothing to rave about.

Another amazing trip to otools! We had a very long day and all we could think of is food from Timothy Otools. The best part of our visit was our waitress. She was funny, entertaining, and always there when we needed something. Her name is Tuesday. She made our visit so much better! Thank you

Great bar lots of tvs and expensive drinks but good luck finding a parking spot! And don’t Park at the hotel or you will get towed.

The place has a great atmosphere. We sat in the bar since it’s open seating. We were greeted right away by our server and they had a nice selection of craft beers. Also the Saturday special has $ 5 mimosas and 6.50 you make your own bloody mary. I ordered the BBQ brisket quesadilla it was good. The burgers my friends had looked delicious and juicy. So big you can barely hold it. The nachos were also very large. Also very happy to see a variety of Guinness mixes. Black and tan and black and blue, guinness/cider mix. Service was great and food came out fast. If out by Gurnee give it a try!!!

Timmy’s is a great place to grab a quick drink and split an innovative dish and a classic with your loved one. They typically hit a home run food-wise and their craft beer selection is awesome! Either bar is cool and has its own little vibe so you’ll likely fit in at one or the other. The only slight downside is the service can be hit or miss. Sometimes they are rock stars but recently they seem a little off. I’m sure it’s just temporary and will always be stopping by. I highly recommend the Reuben egg roll app and the fish and chips live up to the classic reputation. The hot pretzels with the 3 sauces, homemade spicy mustard, cheese and sweet nectar(I don’t really know what it is) are all fantastic.

Location was great if you’re staying at the hotel, beer selection was really good, food was just fine, but maybe I’d try to order something different next time. Service was very friendly and quick, they quickly changed the channel to another game when I asked since no one was watching the one that was on one of the many TVs they have. Interesting set up in that they have 2 bars when you come in, smaller one on the right that is straight and larger, round style one on the left. Would certainly try it again if I am in the area.

I’d probably give a 3.5 … there is a good selection at the bar. Anyone that hasn’t had a Chimay blue and likes beer needs to try it it’s beer perfection. Food is meh… nothing great. I’m new to gurnee and staying at the hotel, so been here like 3 times this week. Tried different things. Pretty middle range, service to me was great but I see others not have the same luck. I can’t complain :) Definitely the place is pretty hopping most night though so always someone to talk to here

I really had fun coming here after six flags with a few friends. My friends and I came here after six flags celebrating a friend’s birthday. It is right across the street and open late, so it is a good place to grab a beer and some good food. I’m not a very adventurous beer drinker, so I got a apple orchard on tap, but they had a large selection of beers on tap you can try. The service was great! The bar was very busy, but our waitress was attentive. It took awhile to get our food, which was expected, but our waitress was checking in on us to let us know we weren’t forgotten. That was so sweet. She had a smile on her face and even though it must have been a busy and hectic night for her, she didn’t make us feel like we were inconveniencing her by asking questions. You have to commend that kind of service. The food was great. We started with a huge bucket of tater tots with three different types of dipping sauce. My friend got the IPA tacos and let me try a bite. They were great. They had a mild spice and were so tender. However, my favorite was the BBQ brisket sandwich. The brisket was cooked perfectly and was so tender. The BBQ sauce was sweet and smokey with a little kick that added a ton of flavor. The creamy cole slaw on top added a great texture to the sandwich. It’s also a great place to watch the game. They have a bunch of TVs scattered around the bar, so there really isn’t a bad place to sit. I will definitely be back the next time I am in the area.

First time here. Great food. I ordered a Build your own burger– medium with pico, jalapeños, Irish cheddar, pickles, & onion straws — no bun. My side was chili. The first burger came out way over done. Waiter came by after we had a chance to take a couple bites and he immediately ordered me a new one. They brought out the second one really fast and I ate the yummy chili as I waited. When you order the chili ask for jalapeños to add to it. Second burger was perfect! Hubby had blackened salmon with veggies and mashed potatoes and he loved it. Mashed potatoes were a little cold but he eats very little of those so he didn’t send them back. I tried them and they were yummy. His veggies were cooked perfectly. Wanted to try the carrot cake but they were all out. The nachos looked awesome and if I’m ever in the area again I will try them although as I was walking out I saw lots of really great meals all around. Lots of choices and really busy place on a Tuesday evening. If you are looking for a good place to eat after Six Flags this is a great place! It is a block or so from there.

One of the better pubs we’ve been to. As an Irish Pub, it’s great. Great beer selection with a huge bar and great folks at the bar. Great whiskey selection including bourbon, scotch and Irish selections. A few I’ve never heard of, so great for something new. The food is very good and they have something for everyone. Portions are huge. Wait staff is friendly and fast. We’ll be back.

Great service, very good food and decent price point. Ordered the fish & chips, the Cod was light, crispy and not oily at all. Also ordered, a Ruben, cup of loaded baked potato and French Onion soup, all were delicious.

Visited some family in the burbs and some of them happen to be beer snobs. They say we’re going to Timothy O’ Tooles and I drag my feet since I’m a spoiled city girl. What is this, TGI Fridays? Well, Timmy’s shut me up. The space is really big. One area seems like it’s mainly for sports watching and drinking, the other for calmly eating. We were with kids and got a secluded area so they can run around and be annoying. Server was really nice but she practically had all her boobs out. I am all about empowering your sexuality and releasing your inner-Beyonce, but it’s 1pm on a Sun and you work around drunks and families. Really? Anyway, we all order and I get a delirium tremons and grilled fish ‘wich, hubby gets some IPA and a turkey club. We love it all. Yeah, I said it. For the burbs, this place has a pretty good beer list. All kinds of IPAs and weird, important beers that any drinker can appreciate. Also, the food was really good. It surpassed my expectations for the burbs. If you catch yourself in Gurnee, don’t freak out, breathe in and out, and hit up Timmy’s.
