Worst customer service possible! Make sure they charge you the correct price! on 3 different occasions I’ve been charged more than the sale price and given bs reasons. (It’s no longer on sale or we don’t have a scanner) they are ripping people off left and right! All the iced coffees completely suck they just dump sugar in and it’s all gritty

Hey it’s a Dunkin Donuts and I don’t drink lattes or espresso, just give the dude a coffee with cream and sugar. The coffee was fine but the service was a little lacking. It took me too long to get a coffee when there was only one other customer in the joint. What do I consider too long? Somewhere between 5 – 8 minutes for a simple cup of joe, that’s too long. Especially since there were at least 6 employees in uniform doing everything but getting me my darn coffee. Free Wifi is a plus if you need it or plan to stick around here long enough to use, I did since I waited for ever for my coffee.

Nice, clean and bright. Enough seating for 30+ customers with plenty of standing room at counters.
Employees seemed to be friendly to locals, but indifferent to other customers. This location is near Route 70 and is accessible by cars. It is a bit farther from the interstate than I would have liked, but not too far for DD fans.
Coffee was fresh. I would have given a higher rating if the employees were more outgoing. I prefer the DD in Burtonsville, MD, but this was a welcome break on my way to Cumberland.
