Burger King

I have rarely been to a Burger King that has so many problems as this one does comma on a consistent basis, every time I’ve been here.
Not only do they not know how to calculate tax correctly on special offers comma but the Burger King app never ever works here.
On a positive note, the food I have received for each of my orders has generally been up to Burger King standards.
Come here for Burger King food and for convenience, but don’t be surprised if they’re confused as hell if you have anything special with your order.

I never met a Whopper I didn’t like… Until today. I came in from out of town but am familiar with the area and was starving and looking forward to having a satisfying meal, unfortunately that didn’t happen. We placed our order through the drive-​thru and as soon as we ordered and drove up to the window our food was already being handed to us. I get it, fast food. Some restaurants are efficient. I pulled out my food and as soon as I saw my Whopper I knew I was going to be disappointed. Soggy bread, super melted cheese (think packed sandwich left to melt for several hours on a hot day). Once I started eating it I discovered the tomatoes tasted old and the lettuce was in several small pieces. (Maybe they ran out of lettuce and used their salad lettuce for my burger??) I don’t know but that was the worst Whopper I’ve ever had. I couldn’t bring myself to finish it. Will never eat here again.

So many things…
I have given this place chance after chance because it’s local — I don’t even really care for BK in the first place, but I do like some of their dessert options and their hot chocolate.
This place is notorious for getting your order mixed up if you order via drive thru. I’ve been here hundreds of times and over half of the times they’ve mixed up my order. Also, I’m pretty sure years back this place gave me and my friend food poisoning — we both had ordered the chicken fries, too.
Tonight, my significant other came here and ordered a burger. He got it, started eating it, and realized it wasn’t what he ordered. He went to get it fixed and the place charged him half for the one he had eaten some of… whaaa? Why do we have to pay for your mistake? Sorry we don’t examine each and every burger we get before biting into it, yeeesh. Plus the person he spoke to talked to him as if he were a child, they were rude, etc… But here’s the kicker… the ‘fixed’ burger? Order was still wrong.
If you HAVE to come here… check your food right away before you drive off/​leave the store, or you’re going to get charged half for the mix up they made + probably get your ‘corrected’ food mixed up still! Oh — and don’t get the chicken fries.

Breakfast here is fantastic! Had a tropical mango smoothie with a number 2 and a side of Hashbrowns and it was really good! I recommend trying what I got

Worst BK in America, I hope you talk really loud and speak Spanish of you ever happen to come here oh and if you don’t better belive your order will be totally messed up

Beware, the chicken nuggets are bad here, taste old and worst then homemade microwave ones. French fries are okay but more on the salty side

One star too much! Went today, had a double whopper and an ice coffee and edition 15 – 30 minutes terrible pain and the worst diarrhea! The ice cubes tasted bitter! Was it that? The burger itself was bad but ordinary bad not freshly cooked etc nothing unexpected!

I ordered the new chicken Parmesan sandwich. She asked me if I wanted grilled or fried. I told her crispy. Didn’t order a combo, but got charged for one, that’s ok I thought. Then noticed I got a grilled chicken… laughed it off, took a bite and realized it was the wrong sandwich. Explained nicely that my order was wrong the manager argued with me, I had to show my receipt to show her that she placed in a crispy while I received a grilled then I turn the big poster around and said this is what I had showed you what I wanted. Not coming back bad service

Look we have a New Burger King. It is beautiful. Inside is like a Starbucks but with lots of room & big tables. Free Wifi. Always love BK over Mac D. Burgers are bigger and a dime cheaper. Love the charbroil flavor. Awesome Coke machine all my Favs flavor & more.

Not the nicest BK establishment, but they have okay service with a Mango Smoothie pureed to sweet perfection. Plus, it’s conveniently located near the beach and highway (specifically, in the same plaza as Baskin Robbins, Jamba Juice, etc.) so we just made a pit stop and was on our way in a jifffyyy. Yay!

I never eat fast food unless I’m hung over… and BK is the only fast food I’ll eat because they have a veggie burger. A halfway decent one too, I might add. Hold the mayo though, ugh. I kinda expected this BK to be a little better (at least cleaner) than most, considering it’s in HMB and all. Well it’s a LITTLE cleaner but that’s not really saying much. The guy at the counter today mumbled and talked way too fast so I couldn’t understand half of what he was saying. Service was hella slow too. BK isn’t known for its ambiance so the overabundance of blaring, rude, shoving children wasn’t a surprise. I just don’t understand what it is about these places that make parents think it’s ok to let their brats run wild. Oh well. At least the veggie burger was good. And one extra star for apple fries.
Btw, the drive-​through is cordoned off and currently out of service.

I’m a fan because it is cheap, near the beach and they offer veggie burgers. Come on Mc Donald’s why don’t you offer the McVeggie anymore… huh? This location rocks because you have a nice view to the right of a creek.

Meh. Sums it up right there.
When an establishment opens at 6am and I am there at 6:40am, I expect my food to be hot and fresh.
So why were my hash browns undercooked and nasty? The croissanwich was okay… at least it was reheated properly. And the orange juice was decent but I know they weren’t responsible for anything other than refrigeration.
I also fail to understand why the woman behind the register didn’t know where the harbor was. It’s seriously three blocks down the street! Obviously someone failed their customer service class.

Everytime I drive on the pacific highway headed to SF, I always stop by this burger king. It’s cheap, decent food, and traffic wise an excellent location. It’s located near gas stations and safeway so it’s very convenient.
