High quality designer frames with an attentive staff. This is the only place I’ve gone for frames for years now. I used to go to the downtown location when I lived in New Haven and they were great too. My young daughter wears glasses as well and the staff always takes the time to make sure we’re 100% satisfied. They were very understanding when she was rough on her frames and needed a repair — and adjusted my frames for free when they noticed I was a little off kilter. I use K&P as an example of excellent customer service at my own place of business all the time.
