Gave it another try after a couple years. Bartender was nice. Food was same olé pre packaged food. Order was messed up. 20 minutes for them to make a sandwich right. My husband was done with his food when I finally got my NO mayo sandwich. Really? How hard is that?

The staff and other customers are very friendly and welcoming. I’ve never been a fan of karaōke, but that’s just me. Unfortunately, both times I have been here I have left with terrible tummy aches. The first time I had chicken cordon bleu bites, and they were pretty good. The second time, my fiancé had an ant in the bottom of his drink, I had one in my second drink, and the tater tots were blatantly freezer burnt. Between all of that and our tummies hurting, I just don’t trust the cleanliness. I hope it improves because it has a lot of potential and I hate to see small businesses decline.

Worst Karaōke I have ever been to… NO music volume AT all. Host was beyond boring. The only saving grace of this place was they had really yummy Chicken Blue Bites and a really nice waitress.

Great food here. I had an amazing fried oyster poboy sandwich and Dan had the tuna fish and chips. The clam chowder is amazing!!! If you’re lucky, Loren will be there to serve you. He’s a fun guy.

Great service and food! I don’t think I have been anywhere that allows for a half salad and it’s a good size! Clam strips were amazing and so were the fries!

Another gem in the wall. Stopped in the day after Thanksgiving and all was quiet on the front. We had a choice between here or the place across the street Buoy 9– we took a gamble, no one was at this place but everyone there. I said let’s try this place and that we did! Three hours later I might add. Bartender a really nice and friendly fellow and very knowledgeable. Can talk about almost anything under the sun. The food was totally delicious, BF had the French dip. and wow. the dip was great. I’m not into all the meat but I do like the sauce. I ordered some fries and dipped into the sauce. We came back later that night and did some Karaōke, another full little regulars place where everyone knows /could know your name. They don’t shun any outsiders and generally a fun warm and friendly place. I would definitely come back again. The food not the typical bar food, a little bit of a step up from that. Great find, stop in if you have the chance!

Found the chicken Alfredo huge breast of chicken cooked to dry death but the flavor is there! This would be a 4 if chicken was moist. Think it depends on who’s cooking

Well, we were nervous when we pulled in, but we went off the reviews and were not disappointed. I ordered the clam chowder and cod fish and chips, and I can honestly say I haven’t had better anywhere! The clams were fresh and very tender, with chunks of potato and and veggies, not too heavy. I immediately second guessed my decision to have the cod instead of the halibut, but after my first bite I was thrilled. The breading is very light, and the fish was perfectly cooked. Moist and flaky. My husband got the Parmesan chicken with Alfredo penne and he was also really pleased! All in all we were very happy withy the quality and portions. The drinks were in expensive, and the locals definitely added a great bit if entertainment!

Rustic andribald, the food was surprizingly good and fresh. I like the heavy wood tables and nautical overtures, like the GIANT crab on the wall. Late afternoon and the joint with filled with dirty blue collar boys shoots pool and pulling each other’s filifth pony tails. I had a club sandwhich, huge and good. The waitress was nice, the bartender a no personality asshat. Its old and dated but a good choice amonst the other local joints.

Like the restaurant directly across the street this is more bar than restaurant but they do have a small dining room for those who don’t want to sit in the bar area. This place definitely lived up to the earlier reviews and locals recommendations. Wow! Great food and a much better value and portion size than the establishment across the road. Only complaint is they have Pepsi. Great place, we will be back whenever We are in the region.

Pear, walnut and bleu cheese salad in a dive bar… This place might be the new favorite. No we aren’t tourists, but 40 year residents, but new here. We were treated very politely, as the regulars conversed about fishing, locals, and other local topics. It was interesting to hear names thrown around. We started with a local brew and g&t and crab cakes. Handmade we were told. Only to be told, nope, not available. So we tried the clam chowder– slight tarragon flavor, creamy clam goodness. None of the corn starch thickening flavor– it’s our new favorite! Hubby ordered halibut fish and chips. Moist, lightly battered goodness! The salad was crisp, and included sunflower seeds. It would have been superior with pickled beets, but that’s our preference. I ordered the handmade chicken spring rolls with sweet chili sauce. I would order it again. We bought a round for the house after winning big at keno… Yep great food, good pour, friendly patrons… It’s our new«go to» spot. I’m just sorry it took us so long to find this place!

This place truly is a «hidden gem». I was out exploring the North coast, and wound up staying right across from this place and Buoy 9. I’d intended to eat at B9, but they closed(at 9:15) well before their suggested time of 11pm. Sooooo… as I was being turned away at their door, I looked across the street and found this place. I obviously cannot speak to the overall quality of this place, based on this single experience. But I think this probably was a very telling experience. I had a Cobb salad. My partner had the clam chowder. Both of these items were a hit. They make their own balsamic v, and chowder. The chowder was perhaps the best I’ve had. I liked that their tables were made from the planks of local shipwrecks – some of which were placarded into the finish of the tables. I’m a big fan!

You’ve been warned. You might get stared at by a handful of locals. However, they are very nice and don’t bite. Service and atmosphere here is great though. Reasonable prices as well. Bar is open late and is clearly the popular choice in Warrenton /Hammond for youth at heart.

Super surprised at this place. Server was radical and my kid loved her. Karaōke was the best free entertainment I have seen in a while and I have seen some GREAT drag shows. Ps the halibut was legit.
