Went in today and saw a shirt on a mannequin and asked about it. The salesperson said even if it was the right size, we couldn’t buy it. Have to wait for the person who dresses them in a week or so. The policy makes no sense to me. Missed a sale.

I’m new to the area, and had no Forever 21 stores where I’m from. I had NO idea that you could only get store credit upon returning something that doesn’t fit. I asked how I was supposed to have known. The young lady said, «It’s on your receipt.» Hellooo… by that time, I’ve already purchased something… too late…
HORRIBLE.
I have a teenage daughter that loves buying clothes, and I love buying them for her… guess I’ll spend my $$ in a place that doesn’t trick you…

HUGE. I think I always feel overwhelmed in any and every Forever 21 stores that I just want to leave after 5minutes. However, I did find that this store looks to be well kept that most. And the staff was quick to ask if I needed assistance. Kudos for a semi-​organized store and friendly staff.

Such a large selection and neatly organized. The sizes were lacking variety but I was able to find what I need so not a huge complaint. The only reason I kept it 4 out of 5 stars was that the customer service was iffy. Most of the employees go out of their way to be friendly & helpful but others were rude and seemed like they had better things to do than help me (esp at check out).

it’s a basic forever21. I think the floor staff could increase the customer service. I rarely get greeted. cashiers are great though.

This is the biggest Forever 21 I have ever seen. It’s well stocked with different styles and the staff seems relatively nice. I chose to go the day before a holiday and it was madness. Overall, a nice store though.

Norfolk, VA
This Forever 21 is the biggest I have seen in the area by far. It is located in the new Peninsula Town Center in Hampton and I swear the first time I went into this store I thought I might get lost. This location not only has all of the clothes but also has the accessory store there as well toward the back. I love this place but it’s almost overwhelming. I do believe it would take you an hour or (most likely) two to look through all the clothing here. If you are a fan of Forever 21 you’ve got to check out this location!
