Buffalo Wild Wings

Don’t waste time ordering Ultimate Nachos for takeout. When I got back to work and opened the box, there was a ton of chips, but only enough Chili to get a little bit on about 5 chips. I had to toss half the chips because there was not enough toppings. Definetly not worth the $ 9.00 I paid for it.

Asian zing wings are awesome! Great place to catch a game, but often times gets packed resulting in a longer wait time for a beer.

Gross. A nice atmosphere ruined by unremarkable food and really bad service. Tasted like I was eating at McDonalds. Server never came back after serving me. Will not return.

I was just passing through and thought it would be nice to stop and get some wings!
The atmosphere is just like your typical bww and is a larger location from what I’ve seen.
The servers were really nice and mine was stunning! An attractive blonde young woman with bright blue eyes! She was hands down the most respectful and fun waitress I’ve ever had!

I walked in to this place and was struck by how loud it was inside. It was very noisy and packed. There’s so many bright tv screens in every direction you look, playing all sorts of different sports shows.
I ordered the popcorn shrimp with the spicy garlic wing sauce and it was definitely a very bold choice of flavor. It was very hot but very tasty. My mouth was burning ¼ way into my meal so be prepared to have an extra glass of water with you since the waiters take long here to bring refills.
It’s definitely a sensory overload experience which gave me a bad headache as I was walking out.
Three stars for the food and two stars off for slow waiters and a very noisy atmosphere.

Back again with Brooke for her favorite lunch! Wings with blue cheese, oranges with blue cheese, and fries with blue cheese!

I came on an evening where BWW was hosting a fundraiser event. My waiter just so happen to be waiting on the large tables. Although she was working this large table, she was also continuously taking regular tables as well. We took the back end to her large table. I requested to have another waiter due to the lack of attention of the initial waitress. After receiving a different waitress my service improved tremendously. The manager Will and Courtney are a great addition to the team.

No matter how many times I try and give a BWWs a chance at different location around the world… They are all about the same. Overpriced, horrible wings, and bartenders that could care less if you were there or not.

Host service is pretty terrible.
Servers do not know the menu and our rude when you explain it to them.
Food takes awhile but it’s typical BDubs quality.

Great service! I came with a very big group about 15 to 20 people. They sent to waitresses, and the waitresses were very friendly and completely accurate. They didn’t not mess up our orders, and my drink stayed full. The waitress made sure she came she checked on this often, but not to the point where it got annoying. I like Buffalo wild wings, however this one in Hampton Virginia was a cut above the rest.

The food here sucks first time here, it was beyond freezing in there my children kept asking for blankets the chicken were dry would never spend a cent in this nasty establishment.

Late night find. Everything was closed, we were happy to find a bdubs. The wings were great. The drinks better. Our server was a cutie, I forgot her name but she was a student from NY attending Hampton University. She was very efficient, kept our glasses filled and kept asking us if we could get anything else. We had arrived late to the Embassy suites and she recommended we order the wings so we can share and take back to our room.
The place has large tvs everywhere, and the wings are great!

This place has horrible service. We planned a farewell lunch for one of our troops, and we called to make reservations. The person on the other line said they don’t take reservations and it was first come first serve. We showed up at 11:00 (when they open). The door was locked. The building actually had a doorbell. We rang it, no answer. 11:12 a waitress pokes her head out the door and says, «Are ya’ll waiting for us to open? The door is open.» When I told her the door was locked, she completely ignored it and asked how many were in the party. I told her we needed 20 seats, and she asked why didn’t we call to make reservations…
We were the first customers there and didn’t get our food until an hour after we ordered (other customers received their food first, but we had a big party so I didn’t it mind it too much. But an hour???). It took so long one of the troops had to get his order to go. When they finally brought the order out, they boxed the wrong order to go, completely forgot in order and botched two other orders.
The food was good once they finally got it right, but we will no longer be planning any military events with this establishment.

The wings are always hot and taste great but the service ALWAYS sucks. I’ve been 3 times hoping they’ll get their crap together but to no avail. Last time we went we caught our server in a lie about the fact that she forgot to put our order in with the kitchen. Half of our food came out after we had already finished the first half and the manager said he would take it off of our ticket. He didn’t take it off. They offer a military discount. They gave us a discount on each meal except the person in our group who was military. I’m always grateful for a discount I just point that out to say that they walk around with their heads up their butts. This place could be booming if they got some servers and managers in there who gave a crap about their jobs.

The food is OK but the customer service is terrible. Don’t expect to get your food on time or correct.

This was an interesting visit, but to get the full understanding its best I just start at the beginning. My wife has been wanting to go out to eat somewhere with seating outside, so we go to Buffalo Wild Wings (BWW) at Peninsula Town Center. On arrival we were immediately seated outside, not liking the table the hosts gave us, we ask for another closer o the sidewalk, problem was it was still dirty. The hosted removed the dishes, grabbed what appeared to be a paper towel and wiped it off, no sanitation or cleaner at all, just a napkin. She put down our menus and told us or server would be right with us. The table was sticky and smelly. Getting frustrated I got, found a nearby dish towel and cleaned my table properly. I was ready to leave before our server even arrived, but I didn’t want to spoil if for my wife. Server came to our table rather quick, took our dink and appetizer order. While we waited, another lady came by to suggest some samples. We decided what to get from that. Food was served warm and it was pretty tasty. After eating some boneless wings with my hands, I began to feel sick. At that time I realized I cleaned that table with the dish towel I found and had not washed my hands after. I was done, didn’t finish my meal and felt sick for several minutes after that. This BWW has lots of room, plenty of televisions and a large staff so service should not be a problem, but its the little things that got made this experience negative. It was not a bad experience but not the best.

Buffalo Wild Wings is a sure thing for an easy meal for lunch with the whole family. It was my first time at this location as we can seeking BBQ from q’s who moved on.
Food was decent and fair priced and the service was quick and on point (this was one of the times at a bww that service was quick and very friendly.

Went to BWW on Friday for lunch. Apparently slow service and almost warm food is acceptable during lunch. If this place had just recently opened I wouldn’t give it any thought BUT it has been open for some time now.
It started off with a couple of wrong drink orders, then proceeded with almost 45 mins with no food. After quickly eating food and needing to go back to work we waited another 15 mins for the check. This place is not worth your time during lunch at all!

I was searching for this BWW listing, in order to check in via mobile device. Ahh, now I’ve found it… with one review, which read as follows:
«Awesome staff awesome service good food and great new location plenty of tv’s to watch anything you want with a fun atmosphere that is perfect for watching the game with friends»
I don’t know if this is a legit review or just a general description of any BWW location.
I visited the location for the first time today, and kept it basic, having:
Traditional Wings
Veggie Crasher Appetizer
Water
Though the location wasn’t filled or too busy, it took forever to be served our fare. A half hour for wings is not up to the BWW standard. That said, the food was as expected and the optional beer was cold.
After dining, we had to adjust the check, because we were overcharged, for the fare.
Though the location is new and nice to have in our area… the general quality and service fell below what I expect from BWW.
