Good wings and fries are good (sometimes too sweet)…but takes a long time to get your order filled. Customer service is spotty at best.

What is the point of ordering an order for pickup to be done ASAP when you get there 20 minutes later to pick it up and that is when they start cooking it? Get it together Wing Stop. You just lost my family’s business. Can not wait till BWW gets here.

We had lunch there today. The staff was very kind and professional. The restaurant was clean, which is refreshing considering it’s a fast food place. Didn’t take long to get our food. I liked the garlic parm sauce. Didn’t really like the Louisiana rub. Price was ok. I’m looking forward to coming back and trying more sauces. I need to take pics next time.
My only real complaint was that there was a lot of oil in the paper under my wings.

Bone in wings were undercooked which is my main complaint, also they were out of coke which I wasn’t informed of at the time I purchased my drink. Its pretty dark in there which I didnt care for as well! Most likely won’t go back to many better options

Awesome. The rolls are the best, I love getting the strips and making mini sandwiches with them. Fries are awesome– salty and slightly sweet. Plus they sell beer!

Hanford loves a new restaurant. No matter what kind of food. This place was packed due to that fact. The service was decent and the wings were good.

Horrible wings felt like I was eating pure spice they put way to much and it took forever for my order if you want a good chicken wing place I recommend chicken shack

Not good. The «wings» were mostly sauce, skin and bones. Not much meat at all. I will not go back. I’d rather cook pre-​seasoned store bought wings. I hate pre-​seasoned store bought wings. I expect this Wingstop to be out of business in short order. Sad. I had such high hopes.

Went a day after opening. I can certainly say this is like every other WingStop. Terrible. Wings are tiny, fries are mushy and tasteless. The staff has no clue what is going on. It is too expensive for the service and tasteless food.

Where to start. All the tables wobble like a politician. Really? Everyone of them? Yes! You can take one minute and fix them Wing Snot.
Wings were drowning in sauce and were very small. I had to actually find my wings under a half inch of sauce. Then they give you a sauce like ranch to dip them in… Ok.
«Unsweetened» ice tea almost put me in a diabetic coma. Was sweet as southern sweet tea.
Fries were salty but good.
Paper towel roll for a napkin. WTF, are we in kindergarten?
To top it off, it made my wife sick to her stomach.
Go to Chicken Shack about a ½ mile away. Thank me later.

Second time trying wing stop and wasn’t
Impressed either time. The wings are full of oil. We couldn’t even finish them we tossed them. Thought the first time maybe they were just having a bad day, went to a different location and same thing. Definitely will not go back.

Normal wing stop! But the customer service isn’t very good! Plenty of open tables filled with trash. A few orders were given incomplete.

The garlic Parmesan boneless wings were very good; my kids ate them all up. I liked the Original Hot (Buffalo). We got a family meal of 30 boneless wings, veggie sticks, dipping sauces, and an order of large fries all for under $ 30.
Next time I will just order online ahead of time and then pick up my food. I had to wait about 25 minutes for my order as a walk-​in.
Btw, the chicken holds up pretty well the next day. I took leftovers for lunch and they were still crispy.

New place so not the best of service but the food was good and employees are trying. Wings are really good I tried the Cajun, and the Louisiana. The fries are also freshly made I know because I saw the potatoes that they cut up.

We were really excited to try the new Wing Stop but it was very dissapointing. I get they are still trying to work out kinks. We had to wait 27 minutes for a 30 pack of wings and then the soda machine didn’t work. When the wings arrived they were the smallest chicken wings I had ever seen. We tried three different sauces; Garlic parmesean; mild and honey bbq. The garlic parmesean were all parmesean… it was overwhelming. The other two were just ok. We had to send back our fries that were so salty they were inedible. They also have a different texture… kind of mushy. The layout is pretty cramped and we had to stand up to let the people behind us out of their seats. It was also very noisy. Also they have a large window so you can see into the kitchen were the cooks are making the food. All I could concentrate on was the big sauce bowls they just keep using over and over again with flies landing on them.
