Bobby’s Burger Palace

This place has a very selective menu. I am a vegetarian and the only thing I could get was grilled cheese. My husband got a turkey burger which he said was good but everything was so over priced. We paid 25 dollars for a burger, grilled cheese, and two milkshakes. No other drinks or fries. To me that is was over priced. The milkshake was very good but the grilled cheese was so cheesy which made it hard to eat. Service was not bad but not great. I really do not like the seating in this place. They have very long tables so if the place is busy you will have to sit by people you don’t know. Not my cup of tea.

BBP is located just inside the Maryland Live Casino. I stopped in on a Saturday night about 7pm. There was a decent line, but it moved pretty fast. I decided to try the burger of the month, which was a Canadian burger — with ham, white cheddar cheese, and maple mustard — «crunchified» which means they slap some potato chips on it. I couldn’t decide between fries and onion rings, so went with the «undecided» which is half and half. How cool is that that they have an item just for a Libra like me?
The burger was absolutely delicious. The meat was juicy, lots of ooey gooey cheese, and some really good ham. The only complaint I have is that if there was any maple mustard on the burger, I sure couldn’t taste it. I don’t think it detracted, but it might have made it even more delicious.
The onion rings were huge and really good. The fries were also good, but I was so stuffed I hardly ate any.
The burger was about $ 9, the onion rings and fries $ 4, so not a horrible total. If you are going with a friend, the side is definitely big enough to share, so that would make your total bill a lot more reasonable.
I’m moving to the area later this month, and I can promise you I’ll be back for another great burger!

We had never been here before and were duly impressed. The place is very informal. You stand on line, order, pay for your meal, then get a number and are told to sit «anywhere». I was worried, like, how will they find us? But they did. The server brought us water almost immediately and our food was out less than 10 mintues later, even thought it was saturday night (although early 7 pm). The burgers were hot and fresh, and ooohhh so tasty .
I had the miami, and he had the california, both really good, the fries, the onion rings and the shake. Bill came to about 28 dollars with tax. I was very pleased, since it was in the casino I expected to be gouged with the price, but it was market price. The music was fun, and everyone seemed friendly and happy to be at work. Would love to go again when we visit Baltimore. Thumbs up !

So far i have been here twice and both times it was been great! The burgers are delicious, fries are yummy, and i love the feel of the restaurant.

I had my order to go so I can not say much about the atmosphere when dining. However my burger which was the topless Palace Classic with sweet potato fries was really good. The burger was moist, and cooked perfectly. I loved the dressing that came with it, I don’t know what it was though maybe honey mustard. I never would have thought a burger salad would be good but it was great and the greens were super fresh! Sweet potatos were great, not greasy but crisp and really great taste. Overall I would come back if in the mood for a simple burger.

This place has really good burgers and the milkshakes with the whip cream is de bomb! I’m not really a milkshake kinda gal but that coconut was sooo tasty. They had a variety of flavors to choose from. I also like the
selective menu on the burgers named after the city’s. Word of advice on hamburgers. If you like your burger cooked well done ask for it medium well. If you ask for it well done chances are it will be overcooked. Medium well is usually done well done and all is happy. This has been my past experiences on restaurants and so far so good. This is located inside the Maryland live casino. You can also seat yourself or place your order for carryout.
Oh btw the burgers are very filling. They almost had to roll me outta there.

Disclaimer: I did come here at 1am, so my view may be due in part to the fact that they were closing soon.
Burger was cool, not the greatest burger I’ve ever had but it was pretty good. The fries, however, were old and COLD. To pay almost $ 4 for some fries, I expect them to be hot and fresh, regardless of what time I come into the establishment. If you’re going to give me the leftover fries from the barrel, you need to give me late night prices. That’s all I ask. I’ll deal with the little bits and pieces from the bottom of the bag being my entire order if I received it at a discounted rate… But I didn’t. Therefore, I was highly upset. I literally couldn’t even eat them because there were barely any whole fries in there!
If you’re going to stay open until 2am, you shouldn’t start serving some crap the closer it gets to closing!
Atmosphere was cool, though. I liked it.

Bobby Flay, you disappoint me. Stopped by before shopping at arundel mills. We tried three burgers — the monthly special (pacific north westerner: sautéed cremini mushrooms, white American cheese (ew), and bbq sauce), crunchburger (burger with potato chips — really?), and the LA burger (avocado relish, watercress, cheddar, tomato). Uninspired, uncreative burgers. Comes on a bland white sesame seed bun — Untoasted. The chipotle mayo sauce that came with the fries was just not good. Best part of the meal were the fries. Just well seasoned but not extraordinary. Don’t recommend this place. Recommend you go next door to Cheesecake Factory if you want a burger.

Went here for the first time. I’m a little surprised that they currently only have 3 stars. Maybe they are where you go when you’re losing at the casino. Just speculating. I got the LA Burger. It was fresh, made to perfection and delicious. They had 5 sauces on each table to top your burger. I tried the jalapeño sauce. It was a nice spicy kick. I would love to recreate the sauce at home.
The atmosphere was comfortable and modern. The staff was friendly. No reason not to go again.

Second time coming to BBP great service burgers and fries are not greasy. Fast service the waiter was accommodating and entertaining i had the Bobby blue burger. It was so delicious juicy the bun was toasted like I like it bacon was crisp like I like it. Everything was very good the bright bold colors was very welcoming I will return

I like the burgers! Very moist, and soft, and good!
The bad thing is, when we ordered a combo of fries and onion rings, they gave us 2 onion rings… which was kinda sad.

Came here with a friend. We ordered the Vegas and The bobby blue.
Both burgers came n less then 10min. The staff was ultra friendly. And the floors and counters are like 100% spotless.
Lastly. The Vegas burger was juicy and ultra ultra good tasting. I got it «almost well done» instead of it «well done».

You want a good burger, come on down to Bobby’s Burger Palace! I’ve been here twice so far, and I have yet to be diisappointed. The burgers are delicious, juicy, and so flavorful with all the different toppings that come on them. I even got a Well-​Done burger the second time I came, and it was just as juicy and flavorful as a medium-​well burger. The fries are your standard fries, but combine them with the chipotle ketchup and Bam! them things are delicious. The Fries do come with a ‘Fry Sauce’, but I’m not too big of a fan of the Fry Sauce. I feel like the Fry sauce needs a little something extra added to it’s flavor. You also get a spear pickle with your burger and fries, which is always a nice touch.
Their Milkshake game is on point too! I had a Blueberry-​Pomegranate Milkshake the first time I went, it was so good! Just make sure to bring your stretchy pants if you plan on getting a milkshake with your burger and fries because you will be so stuffed! They also have Milkshakes with alcohol in them, I defintely want to try one of those, but everytime i’ve been to Bobbys Burger Palace, I’ve been working, and you know you cant drink on the job, lol. But one day, I will try one of those shakes.

Customer service was exceptional. I had ordered my food from the front not knowing there was a bar area. I asked the bartender if I could sit at the bar so I could watch the O’s game. He said no because I had already ordered a drink from the front. He cleared off a table for me and said if I sat down he would change the channel on the t. v directly in front of me so I could watch the game. Even though, I couldn’t get what I wanted he went out of his way to accommodate me. Kudos to this bartender!
I order the bleu burger with sweet potato fries. The burger was delicious. The fries were amazing. They give you a huge portion so be prepared to get a to go box. I also ordered their Cactus pomegranate margarita. It was a little sour for me but still delicious. I will definitely be coming back to this place but make sure I get a seat at the bar.
Helpful hint: If you’re chunky but funky, the seats at the table are a little uncomfortable.

I LOVEEEE Bobby but I was soooooo disappointed in his burger joint :(Why Bobby… Whyyyy?
I DO NOT like the set up of this place. You have to place your order as you walk into this restaurant and you’re given a number and the food is brought out to you. However, the menu is confusing and I wish that the help up front was a little more, well… HELPFUL!!! I explained to her that it was our first time visiting and she just looked at me… With a huge line behind us, we just quickly ordered and sat down.
Our food was dropped off, the burgers were soooooo tiny and most definitely not worth the amount we paid for them. The fries were delicious and the service was all over the place!
One thing that I liked about it was that they have various sauces at the table which is cool because you can choose what you want. downside is that they don’t have a clean smooth process. When the meals came out to our table, I was given silverware and my friend had to wait for a good 10 minutes before their silverware showed up.
We sat at a long table with two other gentlemen and we were all asking each other on how this place worked (we couldn’t find a waiter) Do you pick up your own plates? Do they do that for you? Do you just leave the tip and walk away? So many questions but no one around to answer them.
They do have a nice full bar, with a bunch of drunk people chilling :) That part seemed fun, but again, I don’t know if you’re actually allowed to sit there and order or if you’d have to go back up to the front and place your order?
Overall, a very confusing process, maybe I’m just slow and really didn’t get it? But I doubt that I will be going back to this place again.

We stopped past on our way back from out of town. Ive only been once before and the turkey burger was just as awesome as I remembered from before. Not too many places do a good turkey burger but the Palace classic was delish. I ordered the sweet potato fries to go with and they were crispy and sweet and perfect. Just the right size. That dipping sauce needs some work. I don’t think the flavors complemented the fries. Pass the ketchup. I tasted a bite of my daughters chicken sandwich and it was moist and had a nice grilled flavor. I wish they had some sort of meal special though. I don’t think the servers are that great. A lot of young guys who haven’t quite learned much about good service. I’m surprised about the low Unilocal rating. Weird. Anyway, I’ll be back!

Bobbys burger palace never disappoints. The burger was delicious. I had the American Classic crunchified. It is something they do here I love. The burger is topped with chips. So good. Try the onion rings too. You don’t get a lot of them but they’re huge. All in all a fantastic experience.

Great Sunday afternoon outing to satisfy my burger fix. You order and pay at the counter upon entry. It’s located in Arundel Mills Mall next door to Maryland Live Casino. You can see folks damning the slot machines as you nosh away at your food.
They do offer military discounts, you seat yourself and you receive a placard with your order number and a server will bring your items out. I had the Bobby Bleu burger with bacon. It was tasty and it didn’t need any of the special sauces they have available. The sweet potato fries come with a dipping sauce that has a lil zing to it but it was good. The lemonade was tangy but refreshing. If ordering tea, you have to add sugar and the bar was out of simple syrup at the time.
Plenty of seating and the areas were all very clean. Parking is available in the garage or in the outside parking lots. They’re open late for those who want to grab a bite before or after spinning the wheel of chance in the neighboring casino.

Burgers Ordered: Bobby Flay, Miami, New Mexico and Dallas. .everyone loved their burgers but my husband and I agreed the Dallas burger was best between the New Mexico and Dallas.
We also ordered a vanilla milkshake, a dark chocolate milkshake and a pistachio malted shake. The four of us agreed the pistachio was the best, thankfully it was mine!
Total order for 4 burgers, 1 fries, 1 sweet potatoe fries, 3 milkshakes and a lemonade was $ 59.94
Bottom line, I liked the Dallas burger and Pistachio Malted Shake so much that I am adding it to my all-​time favorite Cheat Meal List!

Perhaps the best location within this chain that I’ve visited.
The service was fantastic, there was plenty of seating, and my eventual server did everything she could to make my experience as pleasant as possible.
Love Bobby’s Crunchified Burgers, and the specialty burger of the month. The coconut shake is out of this world delicious.
