This review is for the dim sum and the duck noodle soup. The dim sum is not that good and it is not very tasty to me. The duck noodle soup, however, is awesome. I love the clear broth with scallions and egg noodles. The duck itself was seasoned to perfection. You get enough duck to hold you over while making your rounds. Its not too close to the blackjack tables-or at least the tables I have any luck on. Either way, you will walk. They dont serve alcohol either-only beer and wine. Another L for that. Otherwise, try the duck noodle soup if you are a soup person.

Food is overpriced and mediocre. I can’t tell you what I recommend. The wonton soup was okay very bland you need to add something to it to give it a kick. The crab Rangoon was bite size for the price and it was ok. The hours here are good for the casino and the service is great.

Not that great of a place. We got the Yang Chow fried rice, the only flavor it had was salt. We also got the Singapore curry noodles which didn’t have much curry flavor to it. The service wasn’t that great either. We had to wait 20 minutes to get sat when there were many empty tables. We asked if we could sit at the bar, but we couldn’t because we were told that one of the servers was on break and didn’t have enough servers to cover the other end of the bar. We had to wait for refills on our drinks and the server didn’t check up on us after we got our food.

I ordered the General Tso’s Chicken, the food was excellent considering I ordered at 3:00am. The service was less stellar, my waiter was covering too many tables to be effective.

Me and my wife have been coming to luk fu for quite a while and we love it. Anytime we crave duck that’s the spot we go to it’s a bit on the pricey side but the food is amazing it’s good quality food not the stuff that leaves you bloated and uncomfortable. Every time I go I get the duck and the side of green beans my wife order something different that she hasn’t tried before but she’s running out of options the menu small which means it’s consistent. I would’ve rated five stars but I feel like the server kind of pushes you out. Besides that overall it’s a good experience.

This place is a joke. First of all, the rice was undercooked. How do you mess up rice when you have a rice cooker. so embarrassing. The kalbi beef, was also still red in the middle, the sauce tasted like it was from a beef broccoli dish. Never coming back

Luk Fu is a Asian fusion option thanT is different than the traditional Asian casino food which mimics the Chinese Mall Food court on a menu. This place is decent for a Casino. The staff is decent one occasion I have had a friendly older women and then a man that made me feel like I was taking to long to order or asking him to many questions… Food is a little over priced, but they are open late dumplings are fresh and the food is decent. I have been here a few times and and find it to be be worth a stop in after Poker. Tried the noodle soup and felt like it was flavorful, but the quality of the the seafood was just okay. The cucumber hot and sour side dish is pretty good and I enjoy the shrimp dumplings and the pan fried noodles. The menu is not that large, but had many different Asian options to pull from. Wok fried noodles to noodle soup and Kimchi to Dim Sum. Open style kitchen where you can usually find them making the dumplings while you eat and watch them prepare your items in woks. Overall not a bad spot.

The restaurant in the casino was cute and trendy with the red and black colors. My companion had been wanting to try this place since he last saw it. The server we had was very kind and tried to be helpful but we could see she was in a rush because they were busy. The restaurant was filled with people so we had hopes despite the reviews. We ordered dim sum and the seafood noodles. The dim sum we ordered was shui mai, har gau, and crispy shrimp balls which were not good and did not taste fresh. The soup dumplings were probably the only thing we could enjoy. The seafood soup was so bland and had no flavor at all even after adding the sauce and siracha. The waitress was kind enough to allow us to replace it with a noodle dish the same price. We tried the beef chow fun which was alright. Highly disappointing food experience especially for the price you have pay for such average food. Would not eat here again.

I’ve dined here multiple times and have always been a fan. It’s mall Cantonese food inside a casino so don’t expect anything fancy. Its over priced and your not going to be blown away with service. I’m giving this location a high rating because food has always been consistent with flavor, speed and portion size. I’ve ordered their bento boxes, roast duck noodle soup, fried rice, bubble tea and Vietnamese coffee in the past. Flavor is always on point, not to salty, seasoning is consistent with Cantonese flavors. Now if your in the casino and you don’t feel like eating at the steakhouse, burger place and waiting for the sushi restaurant to open unfortunately this is your only option. I’ll be back to try the soup dumplings and pan fried noodles that everyone orders.

They should change the name to Fuk Yu, and the staff might as well just say«Hello you want lo mein?» «FUKYU!» Would you like to order something to drink?” «FUKYU!» Foods not bad, just very overpriced, around $ 17 for lo mein, and the dumplings are pre packaged frozen. They seem like they’re in over their heads, when you eat there it feels like chaos. I feel for the staff cause they scramble all night desperately trying to keep up with how busy it is, and as a result the place kinda sucks. They need help! Located inside MD Live casino, open past 2am I think

Spring rolls were good… this place does however lack varity for the vegetarians. I ordered vegetable lo mein with ONLYBROCOLLIANDCARROTS. I ended up with some extra crap I didn’t request. The server kindly took the food back and off my bill but not before complaining about how she had to pay for it *side eye* I’ll come back for spring rolls.

Very un-appreciative, un-responsive staff at this place. They have to know by now that when some says vegetarian and no meat, it means no meat, and that also constitutes eggs. And I clearly mentioned my food should have no meat and no eggs. And it comes WITH eggs. Never going to this place any more. Waste my $ 18 +$ 3 tip.

Food was good. Authentic sauces for Cantonese food. Limited selection yet good. Its in a casino so prices are higher for lesser servings. Its not your typical Chinese take-out style taste. Dimsum was good enough.

Has the basics. Good service and no complaints. We had the sweet and sour soup, edamame, some kind of pork roll, and the seafood soup. My GF loved the seafood soup, which I didn’t try. Other dishes were as expected.

Luk Fu is not your authentic Chinese restaurant. The food is always hit or miss. The menu offers Chinese, Vietnamese, and Thai options. I’m not a big fan of their dishes, but when I’m hungry and wanna use comps for free Chinese food, I’ll go. All their food seems to be cooked differently depending on their chefs(as I was told) which is why it tastes/looks different every time you order(even if it’s the same dish). So like I said, if you feel like gambling on your dining experience, come here; afterall, you are in a casino!

A real treat!!! I had there wonton noodle and dumpling soup. It was terrific.(and a BIG bowl!) I was by myself and in a good mood for having done well in a poker tournament that just finished. The service was good, I was seated at the counter and had an attendant waitress. With a beer the bill was $ 21. No complints and it was in a casino. I look forward to eating there again.

Two visits to Luk Fu have made it clear that this won’t be the great late night option we’d hoped it would be. Spotty service and overpriced, bland food isn’t worth it. Visit one: We had a few service issues the first time we came in, including a very long wait to have someone come take our order sheet, a long wait to receive our food, and a long enough wait to receive our change from paying our bill that we legitimately worried that they had thought we were tipping the entire balance(even though we’d asked for change). D was not thrilled about this service, even though I noted that the hands-off and brusque approach was somewhat expected with a dim sum place. We shared an order of soup dumplings, steamed pork buns, and chicken satay. The bao were gummy and stuck to my teeth, and the pork didn’t have the great flavor or succulent texture that we’ve come to expect from other places like Zhongshan. The soup dumplings had no discernible soup in them. That’s all. They were just round gyoza without the flavor, and no explosion of broth. Very disappointing. The satay was tender but almost flavorless without the sauce. It was nice that the chicken was cooked all the way through, but it definitely wasn’t marinated enough for flavor. And the«cucumber salad» was a few plain pieces of cucumber, no marinade on them at all. Visit two: They were out of soup dumplings, so we were unable to give them a second try on that front, so I decided on gyoza and gave the chicken lo mein a try. This may seem like a strange choice from this menu, but I love fresh noodles and I wanted to give them an opportunity to do something well, and I wasn’t in the mood for a soup noodle. I sat at the kitchen bar, and got to watch the prep and line cooks working. The grill was being cleaned very thoroughly, which meant that my gyoza didn’t come out until well after my noodles had. That’s fine, except that they weren’t cooked through and were very bland. Probably the first time in my life that I have not finished an order of dumplings! The lo mein was okay, not too oily but not too flavorful either. I added a good amount of Sriracha and that livened it up, but still wasn’t much different from delivery quality. Definitely not worth the inflated price.

Quick, soild place to grab noodles at Maryland Live! casino. This is not the place you are going to go to for a full on meal exploring the best of Chinese cuisine. But it is in the casino, conveniently located close to thee poker room, and the noodles are reliable and relatively cheap. It was even cheaper when it was a smaller counter attached to the backside of the buffet. But the atmosphere has improved, and the menu has gotten larger, so the slight increase in price still makes it decent deal. They do not have a bar close at hand, so if you want a beer or something else it may take longer than you might think. Otherwise service is good.

Decided to take a shot at the new restaurant. Atmosphere made me feel like I was in an Asian country. I had the shrimp lo Maine. Very good flavor. Fresh vegetables I was impressed because this was the first above average food I had inside the casino. The negative are the prices are very about average for this dish. Not even at p. F. Chang. Charges this much. For the price they should give you cloth napkins instead of paper. Overall fresh food but over priced. Will not eat here
