So we ordered pizza and wings since we are on vacation and wanted to spend a night in for a change. Pizza was delivered quicker than they told me but the wings were cold and came with a packet of blue cheese for a salad, not one for the use wings… really?! The thin crust pizza(½ cheese and other ½ Hamburg/peppers/onions) was ok but the side with toppings(too much toppings covering that half of the pizza) to cut it thoroughly and needed more time as the dough was raw in a few spots.

Ok people this is Greek style New England pizza, first off! So if you are expecting a New York thin crust cooked in a wood/coal fired oven go home! This place loads on the toppings so it tends to be a bit«top heavy» but that’s a great thing to me… The house special is huge, there sandwiches are great for the price and they have a ton of apps. I prefer fresh mushrooms over canned but if that one thing lets them keep there prices so low, I’ll deal with it just fine. I find everything else to be fresh and of a high quality. They will par cook and not cut a pie for you, which I often do to get a just out of the oven crunch on crust at home… The girls out front handle the phones and people ordering/paying in a friendly, efficient and professional way.

We just got home with two small Alecsies pizzas. One cheese and one chicken, tomato, bacon and feta. Quite honestly I have to say it was some of the worst pizza I have ever had. Flavor was adequate enough but the crust was completely limp. Not just limp but soggy. Very disappointing! Next time I’ll pay the reviews more attention. Come on Alecsies, it’s not that hard to make a decent pie! I wasn’t expecting an out of body pizza eating experience but I was expecting it to be edible.

LOVE this place!!! We are faithful, once a week customers and have never been disappointed. If you are from the tri-state area remember to ask for your pizza thin crust… Definately the best pizza in the area.

Four or five stars, seriously??? Ok, cape cod doesn’t have a lot of great pizza but that doesn’t warrant such inflated reviews.

Long time 10 year devoted fan of George’s Pizza in Harwichport. Tonight me and my sister ordered from Alecsie’s. Since we didn’t want to drive into port I searched around the the cheapest 14′ pizza surprising they were the winner at 9.95 $. and it was SOO yummy. All we ordered was a plain cheese and the crust was perfect. Only 20 min wait on a Saturday night. Some competition George’s.

If you’re Fan Stouffers you’ll be a fan of this pizza. The cheese and sauce is good but the crust is like bisquick. Salad is disappointing with limp lettuce and frozen freshly microwaved chicken. Call ahead they take 30 min to make 2 large pies

I am surprised by the favorable reviews. Here’s the real deal. The salads were fresh and the best part of the meal. The pizza is mediocre… crust is soft, taste ok. 2 of my party had eggplant parm sandwiches which consisted of pre-frozen eggplant, a piece of which was barely cooked. sauce was ok, bread was fine. Overall sandwich was poor. We asked for plain water, but were told all that had was warm water and no ice. I assume this was an effort to get me to buy soda or bottled water. This is just the kind of place that is ordinary and nothing special.

Really good pizza! Doesn’t always have delivery drivers available which is a real downer. But when I’m in the area I like to stop by and grab a bite. I love the painting on the wall!

Very excited to say this pizza was GREAT! I am a regular at Georges Pizza in Harwichport, but last night I didn’t feel like driving to Harwichport so I decided to order from Alecsie’s. Best decision food wise I’ve made in a long time. Placed a phone order-Large Sausage Pizza and a Large Greek Salad. Told me it would be 25 min. Showed up in 25 min and there my pizza and salad were, ready to go. Both were fantastic and I will recommend this place to everyone in the future, and will absolutely be back.

Long-time devotee of George’s Pizza, which deserves to be in the ‘top 10′ listing it earned. BUT. crowded, long wait on the phone, only street parking, etc. Along comes Alecsie’s in East Harwich, next to the movie theater, Tried it recently, and goodbye George’s! Pizza actually superior, less crowded, quick response on the phone, excellent Greek salad. Don’t tell a soul or it’ll get too popular.(g)

REALLY enjoy the sausage they put on the pizza. Very spicy! We’ve tried all of the pizza in the area as we are big fans of «the pie». Alecsie’s is our favorite.

Alecsie’s has fantastic pizza! There are only 2 or 3 small tables so it’s better as take out. We’ve ordered both the Mediterranian and the Alecsie’s special. Love both!
