We came to this best buy looking to purchase a laptop this past weekend. We came across a sales representative by the name of jayson who assisted us in finding exactly what we were looking for. A very knowledgable and reputable employee who take extra good care of us. Going the extra mile to make sure we got exactly what we were looking for, Nothing more and nothing less. I Was 100% satisfied with my purchase and experience here at best buy. Thanks again Jay

I am a gadget freak and I always seek the latest technology and can’t wait to get my hands on the newest product in the market. I received an email about the trade in program for the new Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 where I can trade in any working tablet and receive a $ 50 gift card and a $ 50 coupon towards a purchase of the new Galaxy Tab S2. i went to the Hayward BestBuy Mobile store. When I inquire about the trade in promotion, I was told by the clerk Mr. Brian Frye that their store will not have any inventory of the new tablet until a few weeks later. So they refused to accept my trade in as he stated«He will not take the hit for the store», because if I am to trade in my old tablet today, I will take the coupon and make my purchase at another Best Buy, and he will not give me free gift card”. I tried to explain to him as a customer’s perspective, a Best Buy store is a Best Buy Store, to simply turn away a customer because«he doesn’t want to take a hit» is not acceptable. I purchased two iPhones and two tablets at the same location in the past 12 months, now I truly regret taking my business to that location who claims they are not«a true Best Buy store». So they want only revenue but will not take care of any other customers request? a Trade in is not«giving me free gift card». He is declining business which I do not think is acceptable. I have made most of my electronic purchases with Best Buy in the past few years, now I am starting to question the business ethic of Best Buy and if it is only an isolated incidence.

I usually do not post anything up or complain about much. But your customer service sucked today and it got into my skin because you complained really loud about what I was trying to do. Trying to exchange my note 4 to note 5 because technically I have 14 days to try out my phone. So the customer service rep. started having a fit and said that I was the second one asking to exchange for a phone and that the store would be hit with $ 800. Dude, I bought my note 4, so technically you guys at best buy already earned my money. So now I just wanted to exchange it and he blabbered on and said now that they can’t earn commission from it. So I kindly offered to buy accessories if it helped… but nope kept on going with him losing commission. So then he asked what carrier I’ve got and I told him and he went back to the store and looked to see if he had any and of course conveniently all he has was pre-ordered ones. Anyway, whether that was the truth or not, you guys customer service SUCKEDBIGTIME! I’ve been a loyal best buy customer but you guys really did not even deserve a one star at all!

Best buy software on was a fantastic experience spoke with a gentleman by the name of Frye I see us Air Force veteran this young gentleman was a great help and easy to understand first of all I like to thank him for his service secondly I would like to thank him for taking the patients and helping an 82 year old friend of mine who is looking for an update on this phone that’s probably as old as he is haha Best Buy should be very proud of the fact that he is a very good employee and shows customer service to the public and very knowledgeable was telling needs recognition for a job well done by his coworkers and his management team again thank you for your time and your effort for helping and again thank you for your service for our country
