McDonald’s

In the drive-​through right now… Wth is this? The worst designed fast food establishment I have ever seen. The gentleman helping me looks like his voice is putting his face to sleep… :-(Just use your GPS (or better yet Unilocal) to find another place and pass this one by!

Terrible! I ordered a Big Mac, the person behind me… They gave me there order, and When I asked for my meal they looked at me like I just killed someone! They also ran out of 5 drinks in the soda machine! Terrible, horrible I would give them no stars if possible

Mcdonald’s isn’t my cup of tea when it comes to food. everything except breakfast is forgetabout it.

Horrible food and horrible service… the employees are always rude and they always screw up the food we haven’t gone here in months well today I was pressed for time and my daughter wanted a happy meal so I decide to go and they screwed up my order and the manager Minnie is still absolutely rude and horrible and I felt awful for the nice guy at the window who was apparently new … the place is always dirty and they juat don’t care this McDonald’s is 5 min from my house and instead I drive to castro valley and I won’t be making anymore mistakes and returning to this one again

I’d rather kill myself than come to this poor excuse of a McDonald’s again. Poor service and terrible atmosphere, felt like I was in a third world country trying to just make it through life. Unbelievable. And the fountain machines? Sprite isn’t as green as mountain dew.

This McDonalds needs a remodel and a revamping of employees.
The water quality from that building is terrible. I finished a sweet tea today and when I went to get some residual water from the melted is ice, I nearly threw up from the thick chlorine taste from the water. I bet the TDS readings out of that building are out of control!
They went more than 2 months without Frappé’s and I’ve had night crew employees ask me to trade weed for food, because they thought I looked high at the window. This is a terrible McDonalds. I usually go across the street for food now.

There’s a reason McDonald’s is #1 in the fast food business: they always are changing their style and meeting the needs of the consumer. Now that they’ve cornered the market on the breakfast side (especially w/​the high-​end coffees and smoothies), the sky is really the limit for the golden arches. I usually only eat breakfast here on the way to somewhere else via the drive-​thru, and the service has always been good. The drive-​through rep was really cool the last time, as I was «that guy» and changed my order like 3 times, and she never once got upset or annoyed at my ordering malfeasance. The only annoying part is the way to get into this place: you have to come in off the street and literally drive all the way around the building to get to the drive-​thru window. I also wish they had a sneak preview ordering menu so you can review your order before you actually place it. Probably would have assisted in me not revising it at the window. Small price to pay for some bacon, egg, and cheese on a biscuit goodness, I suppose.

Terrible. Every time I visit this McDonald’s I am disappointed. I never learn and what should I expect??? Go to the McDonalds on harder and mission for a good meal!!!

Screw this place! Horrible service! Worst experience ever! My fiancé and I came here to have a quick lunch. The car in front of us in the drive-​thru was arguing with the worker… So that delayed us about 15 minutes. Finally we made it to the window and told the workers we understand the wait. When we got home I started eating my chicken wrap and wtf do u know… Their was no chicken. Lol I mean im not a vegetarian but, who gets just a tortilla and veggies for $ 7.00? So I called the place back and the manager kindly agreed to replace the whole order. Cool beans
So after work we went to get the food… And the night manager has us wait 15 minutes at the window so she can call the other manager… And after all the mess and attitude she replaced only the Chicken Wrap! Its whatever really but I honestly won’t eat at this spot any more. You’re loosing $$$$$$$$$$$$$

1 star rating for the McDonald’s employee standing along the drive-​thru and manually taking orders today ¹²⁄₁ from 12:30 — 1:00p.m
Drive up… no welcome, hello or greeting. I HAD to ask «are you taking orders»…her response «yeaaah»…so i tell her my order and she says to the person on the headset «hold on»…and had to repeat the order… i dunno. to me if you’re going to have someone manually take orders then find someone who is better at customer service or possibly they need some training. just weird.
Overall this place gets a 3 stars. Quick and efficient.

Worst McDonald’s ever!!! Just bought pancakes & sausages today and I when I got home there are no sausages. This is the 3^rd time it happened. Go to the Castro Valley one on Grove. Service is much better and they never get my orders wrong!

What a poor service? one lady took my order but she actually didn’t know what is she doing and she called the manager for help make us wait ONLY 15 mins just to complete order. Is this really called a fast food? And even after finally she complete the order I got the wrong drink I asked hot chocolate but she gave me coffee and I told her its wrong she argued saying thats what I order so I think the employees should be trained well before the management put any employees upfront to customer service. I wouldn’t be giving one star also for this if I have an option.

Nasty nasty sausage mcmuffins. Bread not cooked. Sausage burnt, and cheese not even melted. Hash brown dripping in oil. Yes I know it’s not the healthiest thing in the first place but at least make it correctly. First time coming to this McDonalds and will deff be going to the one down on mission before this one again. Cashier was rude didn’t say a word just put her hand out for the money. Only reason for the two stars is the WHITE CHOCOLATE MOCHA IS DELISH!

Every time I go to this location. Their Ice cream machine is being cleaned. They must have the clean machine in all McDonalds franchise.
I would hope the management reviews Unilocal and utilize the feedback to make positive changes.

I dread going to this McDonalds. They couldn’t get an order correct it their lives depended on it. I drive all the way to San Leandro to get an Iced Coffee. no joke. I was so frustrated at one point. because I had thrown countless coffees away that I complained on their website. they sent me a voucher for a free breakfast. Oh… and don’t go in the evening to get an ice cream… the machine is always «broken» after 9pm. Perhaps the owners do not value their investment. but it is clear that the majority of their clients are homeless transients. and they aren’t able to attract better client because they screw up the orders all the time.

Worst McDonald’s ever! Can these people ever get an order right. It’s very rare that’s for sure. And if they do the food is usually crappy and not fresh. This McDonald’s is by far the worst one in the area. Drive thru person tried to keep my change to. Just slammed the door shut without giving it to me. Had to have the person handing the food tell that girl to give it to me. I work hard for my money as anyone else does and I’m not trying to give it to you or get shit food and service. Damn people get it together. You applied to work at a fast food spot have a little pride and respect for your job and the people that go there.

I was hungry after the movie — the Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug @ 3:30a.m., so this was on the way home. Unhealthy but convenient & late/​early hours were what got me to stop.

I have recently discovered breakfast sandwiches and they are delicious! And the iced coffees (at acheaper price than Starbucks) are super yummy.
When given the choice i will choose the drive throng. Meat choice, cheese choice, bread choice, egg choice, drink choice.. you name it… This place delivers the seemingly endless combinations in an efficient manner. If your order is going to take a while, they’ll have you park so they can help someone else and bring your food out when it’s ready.
But inside they take FOREVER.
Not to mention the fact that there are some shady characters outside at all hours of the day. And when I’m in a hurry to walk to Bart and i just want acoffee to start my day, I don’t need a couple of dudes bothering me. IJS
So I’ll just stay in my car. Thanks.

By far the worst McDonald’s I have been to. I gave two kids anf of course they are going to want McDonald’s half of the time, and this is the closest to our house and when kids are hungery they wanna eat now. I have been here so many times and almost EVERY TIME I go through the drive thru they get the order wrong. And then when you tell them to fix it… THEY get the attitude! Like we messed up! Its ridiculously rude and I can bot stand rude people! Abd most of the time its the damn managers! They have no respect for customers. I would not recommend comming to this location unless horrible customer service!
