Mohammed (call#32 451) was able to open my car so I can report to work and he was very nice. Great personality — and explained how his «break into the car» equipment works when I asked. He also asked if there was anything else he could do prior to leaving. Great service!

So I read the other reviews, and I understand that every one and every interaction is different. This is my interaction:
My mom’s car broke down at the Southland shopping center, and I needed to tow it to a trusted mechanic in Oakland. I got quotes ranging from $ 300 — $ 200, and these guys quoted me $ 175.
Driver shows up, tows my car and drops it off at the mechanic shop. Easy, fast, I couldn’t really ask for more.
Thank you tow truck guy and dispatcher lady, you guys worked together to make a not so pleasant experience a bit less painful

«Save Tow» was sent by AAA to tow my car. It took almost an hour, but within promise time, for the tow truck to show up. The technican checked the car battery before towing it away. I ended up buying a new battery from his company. The battery, an AAA-​in-​house brand, was slightly expensive after installation, but I paid for the convenience of it.
