Absolutely terrible attitudes at this Tim Hortons! On more than a few occasions I have had my order taken by an employee with a cranky mood or dry personality. The other day I ordered a delicious sugar cookie white hot chocolate, and waited in like for way too long just to roll up to the window for the girl to tell me «do you want regular hot chocolate instead because we are out of white chocolate?» Of course I said no… I just want my money back. So she rolls her eyes & leaves to get my money. But, when she returned instead of giving me my money she handed me a cup without saying anything. I said«what is this?» She looked at me like I’m crazy and said«sugar cookie white hot chocolate» and closed the window. Umm excuse me… how? Didn’t you just say you’re out & didn’t I ask for my money back? But I didn’t have time to argue so I left with my drink, but I should’ve tried it before I drove off because it tasted like sewage water, sugar cookies and spit. NEVERGOINGBACKAGAIN.

The rudest staff in Metro Detroit. Even the manager can be rude and unpleasant. They are often out of items on the menu and act upset when you unknowingly try to order something they have run out of. They give you an attitude even when you kill them with kindness. I have gone to this location so many times I no longer even pretend to be courteous to the staff because I know exactly how they will treat me. The hectic parking lot and terrible employees would be forgivable if they gave you what you ordered. It has happened multiple times now that I have ordered and paid for an extra large café mocha and been given a large instead. The last time this happened they had actually given me a receipt so I could prove I paid for the extra large and they just took the large and poured it into an extra large cup and put more whipped cream on top. Twice in the month of November they have pulled this switcheroo on me, leaving me with a ¾ full cup of coffee when I paid for a full cup. They don’t apologize and they don’t think they’re doing anything wrong. They never fail to amaze how rude and inept employees can be. Shut this place down or restaff it.

I mainly buy coffee from here. A few times I may buy doughnuts or breakfast muffin. It’s always busy. The drive thru wait time is bad but not the worst, so I can deal with it. My main and biggest complaint is the fact they rarely stir my coffee, so all the sugar sits at the bottom and I’m left with drinking bitter coffee on the way to work.

While I’ve never been the parent of a teenager, this Tim Horton location does their best to help me with that experience. I’ve rarely seen such spectacular eye-rolling as when I go through the drive through here. Combine that with the blazing dumbfounded looks and mouth breathing when I pull up to the window which can only be done well by the truly intelligent which says«what is this things in my hand?! where am I?! how did I get here?! who are you!?» make me not only glad I have never spawned but sad for the future of the human race. While the food is fairly decent, the ten minutes of talking through the tin can with Charlie Brown’s teacher on the other end that is the ordering system and the abuse which would normally be delivered by a professional named Mistress Helga can drive one to existential angst which inevitably leads to weeping in dark bars. Be truly hungry when you go here, and be glad when you escape from this place.

What’s the point of being open if you don’t have anything available to eat, and what you do have you don’t have everything for? I’ve never had a good experience here.

I love this Tim’s. They arent afraid to have too many people working. Ive been to others and some of them only have 1 or 2 employees working so the wait is horrible.

As a kid, Tim Horton’s was only in Canada. Since then, its success has caused it to venture across the the great river that separates Canada from the US. I’m not entirely sure why this particular Tim Horton’s is so poorly reviewed. When we were there on a Friday morning it was PACKED with people. Both in the Drive Thru and waiting out the door in the building. Poor reviews certainly haven’t dissuaded customers from coming back for Coffee and Donuts. I found the coffee to be very strong vs. Starbucks. At least for the conventional«unflavored» variety. We ordered a box of 10 Timbits as well as the coffee and were quite pleased that 2 coffees and 10 Timbits was less that 7 dollars. A similar trip to Starbucks would easily be $ 15. Based on all this, I would certainly recommend Tim Horton’s if you are looking for a Morning cup of Coffee and a few TImbits.

I went there last night for a coffee at about 7:15. Honest to God, I’m sick and tired of feeling absolutely despised and hated whenever I go here. The experience ordering was okay, but when I got to the window the woman there looked at me with such contempt that this time it made me mad enough to write this. I mean, how dare her treat another human being like that. I’m not asking for much, just good manners. Which by the way, includes saying thank you at the end of the transaction.

So I arrived at the drive thru at about 9:58 and I think the girl working the drive thru is retarded! Worst service and the employes don’t care if there customers come back or if they are satisfied. I don’t recommend this Tim Hortons to anyone!

I’m not very impressed with this place but I don’t like Starbucks and DD is out of my way. It’s really hit or miss with any Tim’s but this location is the worst. The girls working the drive thru generally have an attitude like you did something wrong by making them do their job. The worst part of Tim’s is the food. It tastes good generally but they are either out of something or it’s the wrong time of day. If I go after 11am for lunch I can’t order anything that has to be cooked but it’s also too late to get breakfast. It makes no sense that the times certain food can be ordered is always changing. I went one day tried to order a sandwich but was told you can’t have that until after 11. Next day I go back at 11:22 and they are out of the sandwich you can’t order until 11. Bring your patience if you like Tim’s. I can’t lie I will still go but only for simple coffee and those pumpkin spice muffins that are to die for. I wonder if I have to order them before or after 11am or can you have muffins anytime of day. Who knows?

Never had any of these other things happen to me that people are describing. Anyway, it’s an average Tim Hortons. Coffees hot, donuts and bagels to eat. Yadda yadda yadda.

Bad coffee, bad employees, bad parking layout. Last time I was at this location, I ordered a coffee and a pumpkin spice muffin. The girl was very rude and took forever to get my easy order. After I paid and she gave me my order, I had to run out the door to work. And when I got to work, I realized that she charged me for the muffin that I ordered but instead gave me a dinky little donut. Despite the dinky-donut experience, I stopped in again this morning– it was too late for me to drive to Starbucks before work. The manager helped me this time, so I thought my experience would be better. I ordered a caramel supreme latte and another muffin. He asked me if I wanted a free shot of caramel in my coffee, and I said no, as I didn’t want a caramel overload. What I should have said was«yes,» because apparently the CARAMEL Latte Supreme doesn’t come with caramel unless you ask for a shot of it. So what I got was a regular latte and I was charged for the Carmel Supreme. And beware, the same thing happened to a girl I work with who asked for a Pumpkin Spice Latte, and declined when asked if she wanted cream and sugar… apparently the cream is the«pumpkin spice», even though they don’t bother to explain any of that. And when I left, the drive thru was lined up out to the street, and unfortunately I parked right next to it. No one would let me out, so I had to wait for the slow service to clear the drive thru so I could get out, making me late for work. It’s easy for me to say that I will never be returning to Tim Hortons, at least this messed up location. I’ll stick to Starbucks.

How naïve am I to have given this place another shot? Almost a year after the last visit, I found myself in this neighborhood again and thirsty. It was about 9pm on a Friday and there was no one in front of us in line. I placed my drink order and pulled around. There was a car at the window who was clearly full of friends of the woman working. As we’re waiting, over 10 minutes(I really wanted that beverage!), the passenger of the car gets out of the car and popping the hood, showing the girl at the window some souped up engine like she knew what she was looking at. I’m sure it was some kind of odd generational hook-up technique, «What’s under my hood is as powerful as what’s under this hood,» etc. AND, then the car handed the woman a cup that she promised to «hook him up» and fill it for no charge. I don’t care about the freebie, I care about the unsanitary nature of passing a used cup back and forth. The entire experience was just as the last time: SO obnoxious, and absolutely lacking of any customer service. Corporate would be appalled at this location. Myself and the car behind me, both, ended up leaving without our orders due to an extensive wait for the girl socializing with her hoodlum friends.
