Arby’s

I’ve been frequenting this spot for breakfast. Their breakfast sandwiches are good and quite reasonable priced. For some reason, I’ve been there a couple times around 7 am and they weren’t open yet. Other than that, it’s been a positive experience.

Well I am giving the lower rating not because of their food but because of the service I received. I ordered a normal combo and asked for Potato Cakes instead of a fries. So I pulled up to the window and he handed me the food. Not thinking I took the car out of park and started to pull forward. As I start to pull away I notice my drink is not there. So I parked, got out of the car and went in to get my drink. They looked at me like I had two heads when I said you didn’t give me my drink. So finally they brought me a drink after a few minutes. So I go back to my car and check the rest of my order. Well they gave me fries instead of potato cakes. So I go back in again, they again gave me this look like why is this guy here. So the manager comes up this time, I told her I asked for potato cakes instead of fries. She grabbed the bag from my hand, threw away the fries and put a large order of potato cakes. She did offer me a cherry turn over to «fix the problem» but I told her no thanks and I left. The manager did «try» and make it better but the rest of the employees didn’t seem to care or know what was going on. Not likely I will be on that side of town often, so maybe this was just a fluke but I say check your food/​drinks before you take your foot off the brakes.
