The food was OK. The counter help was very nice. But not enough of them. slow and disorganized as s!!! The 2 star pretty much a gift.

Sadly I am here more than I want to be. Why is this sad? First — I shouldn’t eat so much fast food. Second — my order has NEVER been right at this particular Burger King. NEVER! And when I used to attend a church just down the road, we were here a lot. The most recent incident happened a week ago. My mom and I went through the drive-thru on our way to a craft fair. My 3 month old was napping in the back of the car, so we pulled into an empty spot to eat. I had ordered a Whopper, no tomato(allergy) and no pickle(fear — you read that right, but that’s a whole new story). I open up my sandwich, and all that is on it was tomato and pickle. So, I grabbed the receipt, walked in and asked for a new sandwich. I explained it was accidentally made backwards. The manager on duty gave me a sneer, but apologized and asked them to remake my sandwich. As I was waiting, I noticed another woman waiting. She said she had been there for 15 minutes while they attempted to get her order of three burgers properly made. They were not complicated — 2 plain and 1 with no lettuce. Seriously. I thought she was exaggerating until we were on round four of making my sandwich(and they still didn’t make it correctly). I finally just took a sandwich and peeled the pickle off in the car, missed my onion and lettuce, and left. It wasn’t worth the hassle.

Those of you that know me know that i don’t eat fast food. I only stop to use the restrooms, so here’s another restroom review. Not really impressed, at least it’s not disgusting. All Burger King restrooms seem to be super small, 1 urinal, 1 toilet, and 1 sink which is usually fine as I have never seen a BK as crowded as a McDonalds. I would give this more than 1 stars except the urinal was out of order and the stall to the toilet wouldn’t lock. That made things a little uncomfortable. There was a liquid on the floor which I’m hoping was water from when they mopped the floor. All business should invest in the Xlerator hand dryer, that automatically gains a star in my book! Next time I’m just going to find a McDonalds to do my business!

The family and I decided to eat here today since we were already in that area. First thing I always do is check to see if employees are wearing gloves. My motto is, «If I can’t put my finger in your mouth, you can’t put yours in mine.» So you can guess where this story is going. I noticed the cook wasn’t wearing gloves. I make a comment to the cashier about this. The cashier immediately said something to the cook. The cook starting talking sideways out his mouth. He kept getting smart til I intervened. The boy, then, put on gloves. While watching my order, a second guy clocks in. This guy looked like trash. Clothes hanging off his ass like some little punk. So this thug– wannabe grabs my food out of the microwave without wearing gloves or as so much as washing his hands from coming off the streets. I asserted much anger in my voice and bellowed out«DONOTTOUCHMYFOODWITHOUTGLOVES!!!» His punk ass jumped and the cashier jumped on him. The whole time two managers never once said a word: they just watched. At this time my fiancé asked for our money back. She knew I was about to explode. Now all of a sudden a manager comes out, but only because he is the only one able to give back a refund. I asked him his name and he replied James. I have contacted BK via their website. I will write letters to corporate and whomever else it will concern. My business with them has come to an end.
