Very slow at the drive through and they usually get something in my order wrong. Also the cashiers aren’t trained very well and don’t know how to ring up special orders like exchanging or upgrading a drink in a happy meal. I could go to this McD’s six different times and order the exact same thing each time and they will charge me a different amount each time. Also they will charge for any extra… 25 cents for an extra syrup… seriously??? Don’t order a smoothie or frappé through the drive thru. It will take forever!

Slow drive thru, crap service, and you never know when they are actually open. Advertise 24 hours, but always look closed when you go by late.

Stopped in for a late lunch. Ordered a Double Quarter Pounder w/Cheese — no bun(low carb) and no fries, plus a bottle of water. Food was hot and delicious!

I pulled in to the drive through and ordered a «#11»(a club chicken sandwich and fries), and I asked the woman at the speaker for a large iced mocha for my drink. She replied, «I’m sorry, but that machine has been broken all day(it was now 1115).» So I ordered a sweet tea. I pulled around to pay and I casually said to the woman taking my money — «You know, I’d been looking forward to an iced mocha all day(heavy sigh for dramatic effect). She said, «Sorry, the machine broke at 0700 and its been down all day; it might be fixed tomorrow.» I said okay and paid, then I went to the pickup window. Again, to the manager at the window, I said, «You know, I’d been looking forward to an iced mocha all day.» And again, the MANAGER said, «Sorry, the machine is broken.» At no time did it occur to either woman that the fact that their machine was broken wasn’t my fault. That my expectations weren’t being met MIGHT be an opportunity to give great service. Any sort of tangible gesture would have been appreciated by me, a free shake, a coupon, a gift card, a comped meal, ANYTHING. But no. Nothing. McDonald’s is apparently perfectly fine with disappointing a guest, and having that guest deal with the consequences. Incidentally, the bun was stale, the chicken was rubbery and WTH was with the«bacon» on the McD’s Club? It looked microwaved. Discolored, dehydrated and tasteless. I literally threw half of it away. I don’t eat at McD’s that often, and by their behavior and the quality of the food I received, it will be a long, long time before I go there again.

Quite possibly the s l o w e s t McDonald’s ever. It’s not uncommon to see cars lined all the way around and out the driveway. I’ve given up going there simply because even the easiest orders take forever. And I’ll second the comment about rude customer service at the window. Nearly had a meltdown while waiting for my food, *watching* the employee chit chat with another employee with my bag in her hand… at least move away from the window where I can’t see you!

This mcdonalds is the worst you will ever go to. It is clean inside that’s the only thing I can say for them. The customer service is very rude. Cold fries and somehow their credit car machine is always magically down. The people at the drive through will not say thank you or have a nice day. Nothing. Just look at you with a blank rude stare. Very rude! The staff management here make buddies with the staff. They use the front corner of the dining area as their little break room hang out. Horrible restaurant even for a mcdonalds.

Okay, normally, I would never write a review of a fast food restaurant, but this one is run so well. I pass it on my way to work and the drive-thru there is so good my husband and I refer to it as «the world’s fastest McDonald’s». The restaurant itself is always clean(especially the bathrooms) and the employees are always friendly.
