Poor service. Staff not friendly. They don’t want to do excellent customer service they just want to get ur order and do it standard way instead of catering to ur request. I said less ice pls and she says well we do it with lots of ice sorry. I can put less ice but less in the cup too. What the heck.

I had been skeptical about stopping by here because of some of the reviews. While in the area recently, I wanted a quick coffee and breakfast and decided to just go ahead and give this location a try. I used the drive-thru the first time and didn’t have to wait long between ordering and getting my drink. The next time I placed my order on the mobile app and my order was ready and waiting at the time promised. Inside looked clean and the baristas were friendly. When you first walk in there are a couple of comfy chairs and then a few tables with chairs. Across from the order/pick-up area along the wall is a high-top bar with about 6 stools. They do have chairs and tables with umbrellas outside, but I only noticed a couple of them which is kind of a bummer compared to some of the other locations with nicer patios however I can’t say I’d enjoy sitting outside of this location since it is sort of cramped into a corner in this shopping center and the sound of cars and view isn’t great. I only plan on using this location for grab and go orders so the lack of patio isn’t that much of a big deal to me, but I can see it being so for other regulars. I found this Starbucks to be consistent during my visits as far as drinks, food and customer service go.

I order the same drinks every time and the inconsistency at this Starbucks is unreal. Sometimes my drink is okay. Sometimes is absolutely horrible. And one time is was amazing. Drive thru is slow. Customer service almost as inconsistent as the drinks. Very annoying. You literally never know what to expect.

New changes to crew have really diminished the quality of drinks. They’ve switched up schedules or have hired completely new people. The night crew gets my drink wrong 95% of the time. Very disappointing.

This place cannot make just a normal cup of coffee… Always watered down, blonde and pikes are all the same. Just sad that a coffee chain like Starbucks can only make Fraps and other drinks… :/

I love Starbucks but I mean who doesn’t. Beyond the natural infatuation, I encountered Kelsey(one of the Baristas). She was very sweet and took time out to help me discover different tea combinations when I was upset about the peach tea being discontinued. Other people would have been like«oh well» but not her. Needless to say I found something new(which is hard for me lol) and had a great customer experience. If you read my reviews I am very critical, but no need here. — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — — – Update: anytime I have ever went to this location in the morning something has been wrong. I originally rated the night staff a 5 but at this point(it’s been about 6 tries in the am), I won’t return here unless it’s at night. I am livid– rcvd wrong drink, ordered food from app they didn’t have and had to go back and forth with them and corporate for my refund. They just really need to get it together.

Literally go anywhere else. 10:30 am — I ordered a drink and a sandwich 10:45 am — I asked for my sandwich 11:00 am — I asked for my sandwich again and they finally put it in but failed to apologized despite knowing I was waiting for 30 minutes 11:05 am — I got my sandwich and had to have my now cold drink remade 11:15 am — I got my drink and it was 1⁄3rd of the way full so I gave up and left.

Sucks that’s there is so many bad reviews :-/ The staff is super friendly and when I asked for an opinion my barista was super enthusiastic about the beverage she recommended. It’s right next to a main road which I love! The drive thru went by pretty quick considering that someone cut me off even though I was in line first –_– oh well maybe they need their cup of coffee more than I do haha. Aasha was very nice.

Worst starbucks place eveeeeeeeeeeerr! It took 40 mins for just 2 orders of coffee when theres 4 barista excluding the cashier. Really 40 mins?! To the management your gona lose customers when you dont teach your employees to be efficient. Im not coming back to this place

2 stars for the menu. I come here often, as I live walking distance from here. I order a ‘Short blonde, in a tall cup with a shot’ consistently. There is one barista who usually helps me in the morning, who manages to muff it up regularly. Now, on the 3rd morning in a row, she says ‘Did I mess it up again?’ and giggles. Not professional. And NOTFUNNY. I order something simple so I can just get in/get out but seriously. I now order something different which costs more but it doesn’t get screwed up. So, this lady succeeded in making you more money. I am obviously addicted. Darn #Starbucks I plan to start going to #GrouchyJohns

Not my favorite location. The service isn’t the friendliest at lunchtime. They’ve always been out of something I ask for… regular stirrers, blonde roast, etc. The sugar and milk station is frequently messy and under stocked. They always seem to be kind of stressed and preoccupied. I’d like to see more smiles when I’m paying far too much for coffee.

I asked for a Brewed decaf. They tell me they don’t brew decaf because it’s not popular and then they offer an Americana or a «pour over» decaf. However I then get charged the more expensive price, not the $ 2.10 which the menu shows for my brewed coffee. A Cheap Dirty Upscale Trick ?? Thanks for the .80 cent up charge Starbucks

It’s a Starbucks. Their drinks are consistent and you can always rely on quick service. But this particular store loses two stars mainly for location and it’s not the cleanest place either. Usually you can count on Starbucks to be clean and a semi-relaxing atmosphere. This location is not all that when it comes to those two things. This is a high traffic store. It’s very small but super busy. People are constantly coming in and out so I’d recommend grabbing you drink and taking yourself elsewhere if you want to sit and enjoy it. Another complaint I have about this location is the drive-thru situation. I’m not a HUGE proponent of the coffee shop drive-thru. I think its the epitome of laziness. But if you have a baby/a dog/pajamas on, okay I get the appeal. This one is tricky. The line is usually pretty long and since the actual drive-thru area is very short the line extends into the parking lot of the shopping center. Usually blocking cars in that are already parked, and it causes a lot of grief. But if you are going to grab your coffee at 10am or 2pm there’s a chance you could avoid the chaos. Overall this is a good store. If you need your Starbucks fix and you live in the area, don’t avoid coming here. They have everything a typical Starbucks addict needs. But when it comes to the coffee shop experience, this place doesn’t have it.

I never have a great experience here, unfortunately. I am optimistic that sometime in the(near, hopefully) future that will change. There is always such a long wait here, even when it’s not busy inside. I often find myself here, just because its closest to my home. But I may start driving a little further to the next location. The staff isn’t ever very friendly either, like most Starbucks. The management needs to step it up, train on customer service, and set higher standards for their employees. I love Starbucks coffee, but not enough to accept sub-par service.

I like this Starbucks! I come here to study and get my usual Starbucks fix. It’s very clean, has a nice modern look, and the staff is nice! First time I came here it was packed(it’s a small place with about 16 seats) and the barista even came to where I sat to deliver my drink. I didn’t get his name, but he did this with several customers too.

When I’m in the area I normally do drive thru, but I decided to get out this time. Now I’ve been to this location a couple of times, they’ve messed up my order a few times. As I walked there was a lady had her 4 drinks, and was waiting for her pastries. The lady behind her ordered one drink and pastry. When I walked in there also were 2 other cars in the drive thru. Now this should’ve been a sign I should’ve walked out and gone elsewhere. The cashier was running around as if she didn’t know how to get the pastries out in a timely manner. The other ladies received the wrong pastries. Basically I had to wait for the cashier for about 5 – 7 minutes, she was still trying to fix things after I received my drink. As I was waiting for my drink I noticed a employee walking calmly with her purse on her while the cashier is lost, and the 2 other employees are handling everything else. Out of nowhere this lady comes out, I think from break, she strolls around just looking at what others are doing instead of helping. Another guy comes after her and decides he wants iced coffee, there’s nothing wrong but if you’re coming from break and you see all these customers and not many employees working doesn’t look well. Another girl came after him and she looked like she was getting ready to actually work unlike the others. In total I saw 7 employees, but only 2, the guy at the drive thru and the barista, were actually putting in work. So 2 stars for those 2 employees.

The size of the establishment and the drive-thru are by mo means a reflection of the mammoth conglomerate that is SB. With gift cards in pocket we made a stop after conducting business in the immediate area. The drive-thru was over run with thirsty addicts spilling into the parking lot ready for their fix. With the drive-thru not even close to being an option, the GF and I located a parking spot not blocked by a SB zealot. Walking in, I found the space inside to tight and linear. No comfy chairs here, but that did not seem to matter with for the caffeine sippers sporting lap tops. The coffee(the most important part) was as it is all the all the time up to the scientifically tuned standards that is Starbucks.

This place for some reason… Always gets my order wrong. If it’s not size it’s the way my drink is made. Sigh. Idk. I haven’t been back in a while. Probably won’t be either.
