They have the worst customer service ever even on fathers day! Not to mention they have roaches in there food. Don’t go to this place ever they are just beyond rude and disrespectful.

We had the Whole Rowe to go and was told(and printed in their menu) that they will double up the corns, sausages and potatoes. Once we got home, I counted they only gave us 2 corns, 4 potatoes and 4 sausages. Fyi, by now we have 4 individuals dying to chomp on these awesome smelling seafood on my dining table. Is that what you call«double up»? I think they need to do better at the proportions of ingredients when you promised your paid customers what they will get. This was our first experience. Food tasted fabulous but hate to say, I felt short change!

I love their crawfish! Unfortunately there were none to be had today. I did have the Snow Crab/Shrimp combo with the blended seasoning and they were great. 5 stars if they would have had the crawfish. Service is always personable and prompt. I will come back when they have crawfish in.

OMFGTHATFOODWASGOOD! This was my first time going and I was VERY impressed with the food! The prices were reasonable, the atmosphere was friendly, the staff was professional and the food was SOFLAVORFUL! I got a good amount of crabs for the amount of money I spent which was an initial concern before I got there. I would recommend this place to anyone who loves good seafood!

OMG!!! What a surprise this place was. Its small not fancy at all but with food that great you dont need to be. Our server Devin was absolutely amazing. We had a party of about 15 and she handled it with no problems. When you go ask for Devin, get the magic dust and the crab legs. Best seafood place in the state hands down. Come ready to get messy!!!

We made reservations for this past Saturday night and when we got there it was packed, we knew it was going to be good! Our server was awesome, informative, and it wasn’t hard to convince us to go for the Whole Rowe special they had going on. I think it was $ 53 for clams, mussels, crawfish, snow, king, dungeness crabs, corn, potatoes and sausage all in a giant bag. We chose the magic dust which she explained is all of the seasonings put together into one and we were not disappointed. That bag was juicy, spicy, and sooo qwojfajkJ: good!!! We also ordered the cornbread and crawfish étouffée and holy eewoiweiofj moly. You’ll love sopping up all that juice with the cornbread. All of that and a couple of craft beers came out to around $ 70 give or take. I pretty much died a third of the way through the bag, and my squeeze finished it off like a true champion. Go here. Don’t hold back. Be prepared to do absolutely nothing after. You won’t regret it!

This is truly a 5 star seafood restaurant. A quaint hole-in-the-wall, Louisiana style seafood boil joint. Amazing seafood. A must-try before you die!

Well, spicy, great flavor, pricy(same price I got a feast in Peter Chang last night), and it can be messy and there is no vegi dishes. My friend said the crab he ordered was not as fresh. Your call.

OMG! It’s very casual. A roll of paper covers the table. Our order was steamed in spices, brought out in a huge plastic bag and dumped in the middle of the table — no plates necessary. Be prepared to get your hands dirty… and in the end, you’ll walk out with cut up fingers and smelling like creole seasoning. But ohhhhhhh is it good!!! :)

This place is amazing. Simple. Mussels, clams, crawfish, shrimp, lobster, and crab. Do the combo seasoning. Hush puppies. Cornbread. Wow. Wish I lived closer.

The food here is amazingly delicious. This is my third visit in about a year and they have never disappointed me. They give you plenty of food with your order and it is VERYFRESH. Very informal, your food comes out in a bucket with paper on the tables which I love… Who really eats seafood buckets any other way? Be SURE to make a reservation on the weekend because they are rather busy. I like the house magic dust with entry spice for the kick. It was very good. I will be going back very soon

Before you go to this place, please make sure you are not dressed in your Sunday’s best because you will get some type of crab/crawfish/shrimp juice on you.(Thank me later). I went here on a Saturday night and waited almost an hour for a seat. The waitresses were really nice and apologetic, and after I finished my food I realized why people were just sitting around. I had to wait a minute before I left to let my food digest. This place has no frills so do not expect napkins and great silverware because this is a «hands on» experience. They give you a roll of brown paper bag napkins that are probably also used at your job’s restroom. I ordered the«Cooper’s» something(I forget the name) but it was 1lb of crab legs and 1lbs of shrimp with the garlic butter and old bay season. I didn’t even finish my shrimp because I was so full. I did order some calamari that was battered good, but was very rubbery. I also had some of the cornbread that was awesome. I would tell everyone to make sure you have reservation prior to coming here. I will definitely go back as long as I have an empty stomach. My bill was less than $ 50 including tip(btw I only drink water so no drink)

So glad I heard about this place. The food was awesome. I ordered the Deep in the Sea with the Magic Dust seasoning. The service was great and our waitress Catherine was awesome. She knew the menu very well and explained how everything works. From choosing your boil and explaining the different types of seasonings you can choose from. To me the wait for the food was not long at all. It came out in a plastic bag in a bucket that was then opened. We just dived in. I will say that we got there around 4:30 pm on a Saturday which seemed to be perfect timing. Arriving at 5pm for dinner, you will more than likely have a bit of a wait. The inside is lot extremely large. Just keep in mind if you with a big party you may want to arrive early to ensure seating. Not sure if they take reservations or not.

If you are looking to just get down to business, then this is the place. No frills, you pick the seafood and the seasoning of choice, and that’s all to it. Would have given it 5stars, but it was extremely cold in the restaurant; no one wants to eat seafood with their coat on.

I had driven by the place many times and always meant to stop in to check it out. A couple friends asked me to go there last night and I’m glad I finally did. We were all seated right away on an early(before 7pm) Saturday night. My two friends split the All Rows bag(basically everything on the menu minus the out-of-season Blue Crab) with Magic Dust seasoning. They truly tore into it — surprised they didn’t also eat the plastic bag in their enthusiasm. The same amount of food would have cost much more at places like Joe’ Crab Shack. I had a pound of peel-&-eat Steamed Shrimp done in a garlic and Old Bay mixture. It included some sausage, potatoes and corn on the cob all for around $ 15. I’m a seafood snob from Annapolis, and here to tell you it was well worth it. Just make sure you have some breath mints on you. We also ordered a bucket of domestic beers for $ 20, which means you basically get the 5th for free. They had a nice assortment, and even some«local» Bold Rock hard cider. Our waitress Devyn was real nice, knowledgable, attentive, welcoming. Reasonable pricing for what you get. Not fancy, but that’s how they stay reasonable. Clean dining area and bathroom, which is impressive considering all the mess you make eating with your hands(they give you hand wipes, towels and a bib). I’ll definitely be back soon with the rest of my family.

For what it is, this is great! This is a no frills whatsoever establishment with great customer service, TVs, beer, and buckets of seafood. I mean, some nights that’s all you need! Yesterday the bf and I were just plain hungry. I wasn’t feeling up to migrating downtown to eat or dropping a lot of dough. All I wanted was to try somewhere new, stuff my face with food, and have good conversation. So we ended up at the Crustacean Boil and Grill. Here’s how it works: + Choose an existing bucket OR Create your own bucket + Choose your seasoning + Add any additional items We created our own bucket and got ½ lb crawfish, ½ lb shrimp, ½ lb mussels, and 1 lb of crab legs. The pricing was a little confusing, but that could also just be my ignorance. They were written on a white board toward the front of the restaurant and all of the items were priced by lb. Next time I might not create my own bucket… or I would just add different things to the bucket and pay attention to the price. Our bill was a little higher than I had hoped– especially for us going to a super casual restaurant– but I guess seafood is expensive any way you slice it. Anywho, I really enjoyed the food. The mussels were especially great and so was the sausage and potatoes. I didn’t love the corn(and corn is one of my favorite foods!)

So me and the girlfriend finally decided to try this place out after I found it on Unilocal.I’m so happy that we finally did because omg ! Walked in and seated ourselves because there was no waitress to be found but soon after she came from the back and took our drink order. Looked over the menu and decided to share a bag which was the house of love with the magic dust. When our bag finally came I was too excited to dive in ! The bag came with ample enough of food you can share between 2 people. Crab clusters with shrimp and mussels floating around in that sauce and even some potatoes, sausage and corn ! But that magic dust was amazing ! Would I go back? Hell yea ! Would I get my own bag? Hell yea only because I’m a fatty like that !

This is my first time going to a restaurant for boils. It was a very nice experience for us. We wanted to try something new and we got it. We ordered 2 bags of boil. The first one was the house bag it has mussels clams and crawfish. Our second bag was shrimp. We absolutely love then shrimp. We would come back for the shrimp again. It’s a must. When we came in they had ran out the crabs. Hope they have it next time. Over all we would come back it was good.

«Magic dust» is the best seafood seasoning ever to cross my lips. I couldn’t get a pic of «The Whole Row» seafood bag cause, well, I was entranced by the aroma of butter & garlic & Cayenne peppers… oh my! We dove into this steaming bag of 3 kinds of crab, shrimp, clams, mussel & crawfish(thanks to my lunch mate to teach me how to enjoy that bit of sweet meat). This was our first visit and Stephanie made us feel like family. She sat with us and asked about our likes and made suggestions that appealed to all if us. Stephanie made this Seafood Boil experience like a back yard party! This was a 5 star seafood delight.(Sorry Joe’s).

What a surprise(and a very good one)! This place is nothing fancy, but with food like this, it does not need to be. DH and I love shellfish and this place has it is spades. They specialize in crab boils with your choice of seasonings. DH and I both chose the House Bag, which is 2 lbs of clams, mussels, crawfish and shrimp. We each chose the House Magic Dust. I added a little bit of heat and DH opted without. Each boil bag also comes with andouille sausage, corn, potatoes, and cornbread(which has got to be the best cornbread I think I have ever had). The boil buckets arrived and it was 2 lbs of sloppy goodness. It did not disappoint. We peeled, shucked and woofed down every last bite. The only downside is the crappy location(at least there is easy parking) which means you have to know where it is in order to find it. But judging from the Friday night crowd, it looks like lots of folks have found out about this place and are enjoying their own boiled bags of #CrustaceanLove.
