I’m not clear on why Radio Shack gets such a bad rap these days. This is not your parents Radio Shack or the Radio Shack of my youth. They carry brand name, friendly staff and great prices on sale items. Stores are struggling. Its a shame. With al ID theft(happened to me & may drive me into bankruptcy) I choose to PAY cash. On line shopping requires purchasing prepaid credit card and ya better read the fine print, or PayPal, So it’s brick & mortar for me. If you get a chance check out this Radio Shack. I bought a 32GB mini sd card 14.99. Samsung Bluetooth 19.99 and 32GB flash 5.99. Saved over 100 dollars! just saying…

Worst customer experience waited forever for them to find me in their system to only find out the $ 1.99 service plan didn’t show up. I come here too often and with each purchase I get the plan. The salesperson was so busy showing me the screen then trying to satisfy me as a customer. She’s rather have an unhappy customer leave and never come back than to assist me. I may have bought another charger but her approach was the determining factor. I won’t spend my money here again. I shop here because of the guys that work here. They are professional and knowledgeable in electronics. After this experience I won’t spend my money here again. This lady needs to have a course on satisfying the customer and not offending them. Her overbearing attempt to prove I hadn’t purchased the warranty, angered and appalled me. Radio Shack must not need customers if this is what they offer as customer service. They’ve lost a customer because of bad customer service.
