What a GREAT shopping experience. I was in dire need of a new coffee table and shopped at every furniture store on Hylan Drive and this be far was one of the best buying experiences I ever had. My Salesman Brent Dumbauld was so professional and treated me like I was the most important customer in the store when all I was buying was a coffee table. The coffee table I bought was hundreds of dollars less than any of the other stores and exactly what I needed. The service was spectacular and I can’t recommend Brent or Value City Highly enough. One of the best shopping experiences for furniture I ever had. I would give them 10 stars if I could. They are top notch in customer service and will go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied. a GREAT place to do business and I saved hundreds!!!

While the furniture isn’t luxiourious or high-​end it’s not cheap either. I bought a sectional for $ 600 — yes $ 600 and it’s beautiful. I have 2 crazy animal-​like kids as well and it still looks excellent after 2 ½ yrs. I am a fan of this store now and the people there are very knowledgable and they don’t try to push you into buying something. They do push the warranties, which i bought and I can honestly say the company they do the warranties with, isn’t very reputable. They have no phones or website. The only way to contact is via email. That wasn’t very good, but the value city company was great. I also have another quirk, was that since the couch was such a good deal, it took 3 weeks for them to come in.
