Eh. It’s Taco Bell. What can we really expect? I have had no problems with this location customizing my vegan orders. They always sub beans for meat, and they always make my orders fresca, but for some reason, they do always question if I want guacamole. Weird. Guacamole is not dairy. It’s also not meat. So, yes, I want it. I’m a little mystified why that’s the thing they focus on… They do get my orders correct, and I haven’t had any rude service. In fact, sometimes the service is a little over-​the-​top friendly huge smiles. Maybe the manager is lurking at those points…
As far as the spitting, I don’t believe that … I ALWAYS open my burritos before biting. They must be visually confirmed to be meat free. Since I open every single burrito, I’m pretty sure I would have noticed if there was a glob of spit.

I’m so sick of the horrible service I receive 90% of the time I come to this location. Always getting my order wrong, not giving sauce when I ask for it & being inattentive in general. Not only that, but the last time I went, they turned me away 20 minutes before the posted closing time saying they were closed.
Forget about using the Taco Bell app here too, because every time I’ve tried, I’ve had to wait WAY longer than if I had gone inside or just ordered through the drive through. Plus they will get your order wrong 3 times even though you told them 3 times what you wanted.
There are about 2 employees there that are actually good. Everyone else needs some serious re-​training.

This place deserves way more than 2 stars from my experiences here, so I’m giving it 5 stars to help bump up the ratings a little.
The workers here (that I’ve come across) really go out of their way to make sure you leave satisfied.
Food tastes as you’d expect. It’s Taco Bell.

Is just taco bell. They are fast food do I can’t give them more than 3 stars.
But, they are one of the best out of the fatty good places.
Would only recommend of this is the lay place to eat at.
My favorites: cheesy bran and rice and a crunch wrap supreme.

Every time I come here the line is always really long and the person taking orders says there’s only two of them. (One taking orders, one cooking in the back). This has been the case literally the past 3 times I been here. And since they’re busy my food is always messed up…
I just tend to come back cause it’s so close to my house and I crave Taco Bell at times. But disappointed most of the time :(

Do yourself a favor and drive to the Taco Bell on Fitzgerald Drive in Pinole. The bride stopped by and got three hard tacos, three soft tacos and a bean burrito for lunch just now. There was so much grease in the crunchy tacos that it saturated the bag and dripped all over the table when I took them out of the bag. The shells were totally broken up and looked to be about ¾ full. The tacos were cold, after about a three minute drive from the store to our house. I had to microwave the bean burrito to make it edible. No Bueno!
I had to grudgingly give one star to post the review.

Usually I don’t care much about service at fast food chains, but this is an exception.
First off, the guy taking the order had me repeat my order like 5 times. I ask for a nachos Belgrade and he tells me he doesn’t have it like 3 times… Ok, that’s fine. Then I ask for a bottle water, they don’t have it… Ok, that’s fine too. Then when I pull up to the window, he looks flustered n forgets what I ordered. Ok, that’s fine. I understand we have our days.
What was unacceptable was when this lady with the septum piercing comes up and gives me so much attitude and rolls her eyes at me repeating that they don’t have the nachos. She was rude and poorly trained.

This location is very close to home but I think I better drive to the pinole location. My beefy cheesy burrito has no meat or cheese, beans rice? And mostly sour cream…
Who do I call to get this place back on track! 1−800-taco bell
This is a prime location near Home Depot and hwy 4, south opportunity to get it right and make customers happy, it’s a shame!

Was sitting in the drive thru for 10 – 15 min with three cars behind me and it was only 10:30pm on Tuesday. We all honked our horns, but nobody showed up. Very strange. I have never seen or experienced that at an open fast food drive thru. Someone finally came and did not say sorry, they weren’t even enthused to be working there. They suck and should be fired! Poor managing skills for whomever hired this individual or individuals working that night. And on top of all this, the food sucked, whomever made this, the food was just thrown together and the tortilla did not look to be thoroughly cooked. Dangit!

I just came from this Taco Bell and the lady (black, skinny, long hair) who took my order (drive thru) was so rude! I was still talking to make sure she got my order correctly, and she cut me off and gave me my total. So I pulled over to the window, and she looked so damn scared because she knows she was guilty of her poor customer service. I asked for her name, because she was not wearing a name tag, and I think she told me a phony name. So I asked for a receipt and she said the machine was broken! OMG, this woman should not be allowed to handle customers, she should be staying at the back preparing food. We were there between 930 to 935.

There’s really not much to review for fast food joints. I think no matter how bad the rating is, people will still go to them for reasons to… I need to sober up. I’m super wasted. I don’t want to cook. I’m on a budget. This Taco Bell is always a choice for one of those reasons. Is my experience always pleasant? no… Is the food almost always up to par, yes. I want something greasy with totes of sour cream and this place has got it. The only thing I absolutely LOVE about Taco Bell is their catchy marketing on their damn hot sauces! It speaks to me!!!

For those times when it is late, and only something crunchy will do, Taco Bell is the place to go. At this location there has never been anything wrong with the crunchy taco supreme, like ice in the lettuce.
Until I posted this review I haven’t told many people that I like the taste of the meat in the tacos. I always use the drive-​thru so I can’t comment on the interior or the people behind the counter

Oh man the girl in the drive thru today was so rude. Not only did she get my order wrong, she openly insulted me in front of her coworkers, saying i dont know what to order, and that i should know what i want before i order. She was also very impatient while taking my order. It seems she had a days worth of training, because she couldnt distinguise between a «shredded chicken burrito» and a «smothered chicken burrito,» the smothered being $ 4 and the chicken burrito being about $ 1. If i was the owner of this restaurant i would watch a potential new employee actually work before i employ them. There is obviously lack of effort on the owner’s and the employee’s part in giving customer satisfaction. I am defiantely not eating at this establishment again.

I stop by here once in a while for lunch when the crunch attack hits, and they do a great job with fast friendly service. If my usual girl at the drive-​thru window isn’t there, then I’d drop it down a notch, but when she’s there, I know that I’m getting top notch service.

Horrible!!! I waited in the drive thru on a Friday night for 30 min. I was trapped in between cars otherwise I would have left. I counted a whole 30 min and they didn’t even acknowledge the wait time. Crappy! Unforgettable

I come here when I need a quick fix for Mexican food. Service is a little slow but the food is usually hot and fresh. The drive thru is always easy to use here. I tried their new Cantina menu on Sunday and I was surprised at the quality and flavor of their Cantina bowl and burritos. The price for Cantina bowls/​burritos start at 4.79 which is pricey for Taco Bell but may be their best offering currently. They only start serving the Cantina menu at 11:00AM so it’s not available for breakfast. I had the Cantina veggie burrito and the tortilla was nicely grilled and crunchy. I was amazed by the great burst of flavors from the cilantro sauce and guacamole.
The Cantina steak bowl had lots of steak and a good amount beans, lettuce, salsa, and cilantro rice and was extremely hot. I think Chipotle bowls are bigger and more complex in flavor but I have to say that for about five dollars, the Cantina bowls can’t be beat for a fast and healthy meal!

This Taco Bell is probably the only Taco Bell in the History of Taco Bell not open late.
I don’t want to eat this food when I’m sober and in the morning, i’ll have the shits for days. This is food I want to eat when I’m intoxicated or high. Who in their right mind eats this shit just because? I don’t want to end up weighing 500 pounds because I eat this diarrhea maker all the time.
Yeah I could drive up the highway to Pinole and their taco bell is always open but its the principle of it, I live in Hercules and I want my Hercules establishments to be on the same level as other locations.
