Drive thru girl was very rude, she had a dermal piercing on her right side under her eye. I said have a nice day after I waited 10 mins for a regular ice coffee which I don’t know why if it’s in a pitcher already made.

So I usually don’t write reviews. But seriously this place messed up my order twice in a day. Came in after work got a sourdough Jack to go. Takes a good 15 minutes for my order. Whatever I’ll let it go. Get home, open my burger and. There’s no meat patty. Okay Great now what. Turns out I had to buy more food anyways for some friends so I decide to go back to get a replacement sourdough jack and buy food there for them so I can save a trip. Got my food, got home, and. Turns out they forgot my tacos. Never coming back.

this place is so hit and miss I hate to write a bad review but just ridiculous ordered taco’s very little meat, etc. on the taco’s ordered a large fries got a half full container never going to this location again unless I go physically into the location to supervise my order thumbs down

The only reason why I give my business to Jack in the Box is for their 99 cent tacos. and their egg rolls and curly fries sometimes. Other than that the rest of their food is kinda overpriced and it’s not as tasty. Crappy drive thru service and slow dine in/carry out service. Employees seem to hate their jobs so it shows thru in their customer service.

Worse service today I come here and I have no problem but it’s 8am and who seems to be the manager gave me the worse customer service ever her name is Oralia or something like that. Telling she doesn’t care who the order is for like I understand it’s not your business but don’t say things like that. That really really bothered me since the order was for my daughter. Please report this women ASAP!

I am giving this a two because of the cleanliness of this place, meaning the lobby is dirty. I came in and I had to ask them to clean my table even though it was very slow and they had time to clean it. She came over cleaned only my table and walked away which bothered me because all the other tables were disgusting. The customer service is ok for both times I came. Overall they could do a lot better.

Horrible customer service… had to drive back because my wife’s sourdough jack was not given to us in the drive thru. mistakes happen right… so I drive back and I go inside looking to get my sourdough jack… I didn’t need an excuse like I said accidents happen… but at the very least a simple apology by either the manager or drive thru attendant, at the very least… nothing, no apology… not cool, I kept my cool didn’t raise my voice didn’t make a scene(even though the place was empty) and believe me I can get very rude and unruly… so thank you… thank you for helping me to make the decision to never patron there again… I’m sorry that your customer service skills are causing patrons like myself to not come back… have a blessed day and may the lord be with you

Ordered late at night from drive thru. Ordered. Paid. Got food. Before I drive off. I check if everything is there. They forgot my fries and never got any ketchup or sauce for my chicken tenders. The lady literally just handed me the food and left me there. Didn’t even check if everything was okay. We couldn’t see anyone thru the windows and after honking 5 times and waiting a couple minutes, we just left. Never coming back.

I only used to like jack in the box for their curly fries but after coming here so much and between them getting my order wrong two-three times in a row I just gave up. Food is just always burnt and stale. Idk why my boyfriend eats it so much.

Today must have been bring your loud, bratty kids to work day. The worker was yelling for her kid to behave in between taking orders. I don’t think the manager cares though, because she looked over uninterested and just dropped the tacos in the fryer. I should take my picture off my profile just in case they retaliate. I doubt Unilocal will make me eilte soon(ever). $ 5.44 for the loaded breakfast sandwhich combo is a deal though, and they upgraded their soda fountain. I’m coming back; I don’t care if this place has plans to open a day care extension.

These people are a disgrace to human kind! I’ve never met people more nasty and unprofessional… I walked in to place an order, in walked a man(that I assume was a relative) after me and he was served. After the older women served him she walked off as if I wasn’t standing there. It was THREE employees working and none came to take my order. I ended up walking out before reacting in a distasteful manner. Moral of story don’t patronize these uncivil people!

Honestly the only reason i come here is because its close to where im usually at, but over the past couple years the service has been absolutely horrible. In the morning they’re slow and at night. At night you get the rude people. I get that it does get frustrating especially with a food job, but i work in the same kind of job. And i know that if you arent happy and arent going to give great customer service then just get out of it and find something new. Sorry, but this jack in the box needs to step it up when it comes to pace and friendliness.

It’s a Jack in the Box — don’t expect something else Got a Chipotle chicken club special for $ 5.44 at the drive thru at noontime. Line moved slowly but it was at their busy time. Drive thru cashier got the order right but I did have to remind her about my drink that she almost forgot. Food wasn’t bad, but the sandwich wasn’t as spicy as I’d like. Fries were hot and ok. I asked for ketchup and she tossed in several packets. I can’t say the food was so good I’d keep coming back… But, if in a pinch for lunch, I could probably do a lot worse.

Okay, let me start off by saying that you work at freaking Jack-In-The-Box. If you are unhappy with your occupation — change it. Is it my fault you work at a fast-food restaurant? No. But since you do work there, why don’t you do your damn job right? The lady at the drive-thru tonight was absolutely lazy. She pulled a fit when I politely asked for a cup-holder. She didn’t ask what sauce I wanted for my chicken tenders, so good thing I checked my order before I left. And when I did ask for ranch, she threw another fit when she put it in my bag.
