Taco Bell

I have been to this Taco Bell 3 times hoping it gets better I give up its the worst I’ve been to. I would go to the District before here. Slow service horrible food every time unprofessional service.

Absolutely terrible!
Ordered through the drive through a taco 12 pack, bean burrito, and a chicken quesadilla. Got home to discover they had forgotten the quesadilla and all of the tacos were soggy and disgusting.
Called to get our money back for the forgotten quesadilla, explained to the person who answered about the situation. When I asked him what we needed to do he handed the phone to someone else without telling me or them what I had just said. So I had to explain my whole story again and asked how they would credit my card back. His answer was to say yes they will credit my card back and hung up the phone…
I called back in disbelief that they would have done something like that intentionally only to hear the phone answered and a woman’s voice in the background saying tell him that the manager is too busy right now. Then the phone hangs up again!
I called back again, this time the female manager answered, I explained the issue again and she tells me that the only way to get my money back is to come back but she was too busy to deal with me right now and will have to call me back later!
30 minutes later the manager called back and said that she couldn’t credit me back unless I came back to the store. I explained that the way they treated me that there was no way I would consider coming back and that they just needed to credit my card back for the quesadilla and I would move on. She agreed, took down my card information, apologized and guaranteed that she would get my $ 3 and change back. We are now 3 weeks later and I still don’t have it.

It’s Taco Bell, so how good can the food really be? Their problem is that the service is SLOW! I have visited this particular one a few times since they have opened, and my usual wait for food when I go inside is about 10 minutes. Yes, TEN MINUTES for a burrito and a taco.
At first, after they had just opened I attributed this to growing pains. New store, new staff, everybody has to get «in the groove». Well, that was several months ago. They should have their kinks worked out by now, but apparently not.
When I went in tonight, there was no line inside. They appeared understaffed (as always). The dining room tables were all dirty and had food scraps on them. Not once while I waited or while I ate did I see anyone come out to clean the dining room.
I won’t be going back. Too bad, because it’s so close to my house.

One thing for certain that you cannot call this particular Taco Bell location is fast food. They are so horribly understaffed that even with just a couple of customers it will take a while to get your food. The staff is friendly, though, and everything else is pretty much Taco Bell
