I really like the food most of the time, so I can’t mark them down too low, but my biggest issue with this location is their speed. It takes forever to get through the drive-​thru, and when I say forever, I mean at least 20 minutes, which is just way too long. And it’s happened on several occasions so I know it wasn’t a one-​time issue. The staff are polite though, and the food is fine. I really like the crispy bean burritos, and the stuffed mexi-​fries are delicious.

This joint has never got my order right. They charge you for free sauce they give you wrong drinks and they never apologize. The lady acted like it was my fault. I will pay for extra sauce but not sauce that is suppose to come for free. Maybe management should hire someone that knows how to read orders correctly. I will never come back to this place again since the manager never apologize for me for charging me extra for my sauce. I ordered Coke 5 times and he gave me mr pibb. Manager is unreal and the speaker has been broken for months ! They also don’t give napkins out. Will they charge for that too?

The only reason I’m not giving a 1 star is that the food is good… When they make it with any accuracy. This location is very slow but I’m willing to wait some for decent food. We have taco night almost every week. It’s Cinco de Mayo so we opted for $.69 tacos. I ordered 6 tacos and came home with 5. Honestly! This is not a difficult order. We’ve been burned a lot in the past few months. I swear management has changed. The food we do make it home with has been sloppily made. It’s very frustrating. I’m ready to stop patronizing this location and drive to Riverton. Missing food is starting to feel intentional.

I have been there twice. Both times the service was unbelievably… SLOW!!! The girl behind the counter was clueless when I asked about their Wasatch card discount. Having to leave the counter to ask the manager, twice! I do like the food but I am not willing to wait extreme amounts of time for it.

This place doesn’t take Amex but other Taco Times do. They also charge for extra sauce packets! Won’t come back because the owners are putting penny pinching a head of customer service and satisfaction.

I like these crisp bean way more than taco makers, not to mention yhe tater tots are a bonus. I also think it’s cool when they bring around the tray of mexi ice… yummmmmm
