Poor customer service and doesn’t open on Sunday. Had a bad experience recently with a rude employee and I will not be going back. I will now be going out of my way to Riverton or South Jordan if I’m craving a sub.

UPDATE: 10÷6÷15DONOTGOTOTHISLOCATION! I decided to give it another try, but: the customer service was poor, they made mistakes making the sub, and I GOTFOODPOISONING. If you really want to go to a Subway, go to this location: Subway 13400 South 3600 West, Riverton, Utah 84096 I have been overcharged three times, including items I didn’t order. This location needs some serious management with its employees, surprisingly though, the place is pretty clean; it’s odd. Don’t use the drive-thru, I had a sub that was sparse with veggies. Go in and make sure they make your meal correct, and you are charged correct as well. I really wish the employees were more attentive(they’re overall friendly), this location has had a few good employees, but they don’t stay. It’s the management that needs to fix the details. Overall, give this location a try. Just don’t expect to have the best sub ever made.

I eat here all the time. I order mostly early in the morning. I wish I knew they guys name that is normally there(M-F) he is great. He is fast and helpful. I have had mixed experiences with other employees. I have never had a problem with the quality of food. I will say that they charge more for a foot long breakfast sandwich than the one in Kearns. It’s a small amount but every bit helps now-a-days.

had an experience on my birthday, i ordered catering over the phone, was having a big party at my house, when my husband went to pick up the order, they acted like he was from another planet, they had no idea what he was talking about, he waited for them to hurry and make up the sandwiches i had ordered and they were all wrong! ill be getting jimmy johns or quiznos next time!

It’s rare I leave a bad review, but truth is truth. I stopped coming to this location about a year and a half ago because they were not competent to take a large group order by phone. This morning I figured I’d give them another chance. Unfortunately, nothing has changed. I did however go through drive thru, and had a les than desirable experience. Unfortunately it was pouring rain. I was getting soaked, along with everything in my car. I asked if I can go to the window and order and they said«okay». I went to window and forgot what I was going to order. I fumbled with my phone to pull up their menu. They stood there watching me fumble and waited in silence instead of making suggestions or anything. Okay, not a huge deal. I ordered, they asked what toppings. We went through them… only to find when I got home that the order was wrong but charged me appropriately. I think the kicker for me was when they handed me my order, I said«thank you!» and the girl said«yep» and closed the window lol. «Yep»? Maybe I’m a customer service snob, but«yep»??? I won’t be back. I’ll drive to the District.
