Talk about a flippin nightmare. I went here on a Saturday night and man was I sorry. The place was so packed I could barely walk through it. They had great sales. I bought two long sleeve shirts and a pair of khaki pants for 70 bucks that’s cheap.

This wonderful store located in Hialeah, Florida in Westland Mall. Been coming here since I first got my license in 1993. I always find good sales at JcPenny and online you can always find a coupons for the current sales. I’ve managed to get items for little or nothing. Also a member of the JcPenny reward club and having the JcPenny gold card. I get monthly coupons sent to my house. Every week they have sales some better than others. I waiting for their summer clearance. Its best to do your shopping during mid-week, when the store are nearly empty and you have a chance of going through the clearance and sales racks for good bargains. Jcpenny offers clothing and needs for the whole family, you can order online and have delivered to the store, or ship for free when spending $ 100 or more. I highly recommend this locations the sales rep are alway attentive and willing to help.

If you don’t speak Spanish, or at the bare minimum, understand some of it, this might not be your spot. Tonite was a major communication break down. After asking 3 salespersons for the non existent pick up window, I demanded to see a manager.
He was certainly more knowledgeable about the store. After speaking with me he «found» the pick up window and delivered the packages.
I like Jcpenney, but they need to be better prepared to respond to the general population. Language barriers should not be an issue.
