I live this spot for any Latin products. There nothing I can’t find here. They got a great cafeteria and the store is big.

Being Hispanic and raised in Hialeah, FL which is mainly Hispanic community when I was younger I would have been the Duke of just about every single Sedano’s in town. My mother always made authentic Cuban and Hispanic meals and this is the supermarket to gather those goodies. Yes they do have your typical name brand items like Publix or Winn Dixe but they lack the volume and quantity. This Sedano’s is no different. Although it’s a bit more modern than the other chain stores you can still feel like your in a supermarket in Dominican Republic or Puerto Rico. I won’t say Cuba because there lucky if they have any markets left, but if you catch where I am going, they specialize in those name brand Caribbean products. Even the butcher looks like he’s not from around here but does an excellent job with the steaks. The New York strips I ordered came out fantastic, you have a wide array of authentic Caribbean vegetables and fruits. Being Hispanic I don’t mind all the native food but I would like to move it more variety when it comes to the typical American products I’m used too. Don’t get me wrong, they carry but they will run out quick. When I am in the mood to cook up something authentic I head here if not I cross the street and go to publix. Still very good

NPS = 7 Nothing out of this world, but gets the job done. It may not be «where shopping is a pleasure» but whatever. I need x, y, and z and Sedano’s has it on the cheap. Particularly when you are buying canned goods that are the same everywhere, it doesn’t matter if you buy it at Store x or y. I come here for value, not an experience and Sedano’s delivers on that.
