Pizza Hut

This is the second time in a month we had problems with this highland heights location, this time they were out of pasta and wings, you know the 5 dollar menu you see all over tv

Ordered by phone the gluten free pizza. We ordered the special (not gluten free), a large two topping, then asked about the gluten free crust. We were told it was a different price ($ 12.97 vs $ 7.99) and we said ok thinking same size just more for the crust.
Pick it up and it is a 10″ pizza not a large (13″). Not cool.
First it’s crappy to not let us know it’s significantly smaller. It did just come out so I’ll cut some slack.
Second seriously $ 12.97 for a 10″ pizza? Also the crust is really thin. Gluten free isn’t that much more to make.
Finally get it home and start eating it. The pizza itself is ok. The crust is so burnt that you can’t even eat the edges. So I paid almost 2x more for 40% less pizza that was over cooked. We got the second pizza and the crust on this one is also over done. It must be the different crust in their oven. Hopefully they will figure this out.
The manager was very nice and sent us another pizza which made it right for us (+2 stars). The gluten free pizza however is just way over priced and it’s silly that it is only offered in a 10″ size. Look somewhere else for gluten free. I guess it’s not surprising Pizza Hut wasn’t a good spot for gluten free.

My order was wrong and rather than correct it before I picked it up they did nothing. This is the worst pizza hut I’ve been to.

Wife and I grew up eating Pizza Hut at this location. We took our kids there recently, and from the looks of the place, hasn’t been cleaned or updated since. The red fabric covering the booths is stained black and smelled like 30 year old grease and pee (seriously). The door to the men’s room was sticky on the outside and obviously filthy, where the inside looked like a crack house toilet. The pizza tasted like any other pizza hut, but we really went in for the nostalgia and were very disappointed.
If the dining room is that dirty, the kitchen is surely a disaster. We won’t be back. Too bad.

Filthy! The red seat cushions are so dirty they are more black & smell of urine. The paint is chipping on the walls & god forbid you have to use the restrooms. Yuck!!! If the dining room is that dirty, I can’t imagine what the kitchen looks like

Horrible service, extremely rude manager and workers. Not worth the food at all. Go to a different pizza hut.
