Del Taco

I really dislike dealing with stupid people and that seems to happen every single time here. Please get my order correct oneeeeee time! I beg of you. I wait forever for one burrito and it’s always wrong and too late when I notice. Have a good night.

Just ate a Combo burrito with fries meal. Burrito was about 85% beans, and 5% cheese. I didn’t pay for a bean burrito, and like always too much salt on the fries.
I actually quite going to this Del Taco for about a year, because the food was lousey. Also when fast food cost over $ 7 a meal I feel like I’m getting ripped off.

I’d choose Del Taco over Taco Bell any day but this location left something to be desired. While the food was standard Del Taco fare, the service was so slow. We spent over 20 minutes at the restaurant just ordering and waiting for our food, which we took to-​go. This is definitely not acceptable for a «fast food» restaurant. We went inside the store so we could use the restroom and stretch our legs en route from San Diego to Big Bear and we’re thinking the drive-​thru line took priority to the inside orders. But there’s really no excuse for taking 20 minutes to get a few tacos to go.
As for the food, I love Del Taco’s chicken soft tacos or burritos. I believe that they have the exact same ingredients but the burrito is just bigger. The strawberry lemonade is pretty good too.

This place is not fast! Horrible customer service from the evening manager tonight! If I could give zero stars I would. Waited in the drive-​thru for more than twelve minutes and left with no food. It took seven minutes to process orders for two cars. The manager allowed one car to sit in the drive-​thru for six minutes. I was able to call in and ask the manager if there was any way they could move this customer along because there were now seven cars in the drive-​thru waiting and her response was, «uh, no.» Why would I wait twelve minutes for Del Taco when I could wait a few minutes more for In-​N-​Out, in the same shopping center?

This is our favorite Del Taco in So Cal. Most of the time the food is the best (yes a rare few times it has been skimpy or off) but overall it is amazing! The best things about this location is that it is not in the total ghetto, it has a bathroom in doors, it is usually is clean and the people working there are the nicest.

WTH!!! How does the person taking the order start by saying «what do u want?» This guy cuz me off in the middle of my order! What a low life piece of crap! Who taught u manners? 2 cars in line taking 25 minutes about to run out of gas! If I could back out or get out I would! As a business owner, I am only posting this so the manager or franchisee can know what is going on! 3 aM, jan 25^th! Will never, ever come back! In & out or straight home! This is bull shit! Never again! Avoid at all costs! Now — I get to the window and there is no chips for my macho nachos! This is comedy! How do people stay in business! Oh well, I guess the good part is now I am sober!

Great service and great fresh food. The manager must be doing something right becausethe staff seem much happier than most other fast food places. Open late and great location close to town

I started to visit this Del Taco again recently and I have to say that they have definitely improved. I went on drive thru & they were very friendly & understanding when I changed my order at the window. The girl there was always smiling & didn’t seem offended with my friend’s bad jokes. That was great because he can be rude without realizing it. Anyway all of my food tasted great & the epic burritos were on point. Its so cheap too. Will return more often.

Service is horrible. Employee slam drive through windows in you as soon as the speedily as they give you your food. They don’t even give you a chance to inspect your food.
Food is decent. It is del taco after all.

This Del Taco is better than other Del Tacos I have been to. Barstow Del Taco is the best Del Taco, but this Del Taco is in second. The ground beef actually looks and tastes like real beef.

I’m lazy and don’t like to cook so Del Taco’s drive through is my second home. Come on people… it’s Del Taco. They make tasty, cheap food and they make it quickly to boot.
My favorite thing to get are the fish tacos. I’ve had a lot of fish tacos from lots and lots of Mexican restaurants but Del Taco’s fish tacos are still my #1. If the world ended and there was only one person (me) left and only one food left, I would want it to be Del Taco’s fish tacos.
Let me describe to you their fish taco in extreme detail even though you didn’t ask: they’re each individually wrapped in foil; the fish portion is fried and wrapped in a double layer of corn tortillas. There’s a good handful of finely shredded cabbage (why is their cabbage so good?) some salsa/​tomatoey things and crème. Upon opening the foil package you’ll find a real life lime wedge to squeeze over your taco. I recommend eating them with the Del Scorcho (medium hotness, in the black package).
The people working the drive-​through have always been super polite and efficient in getting my order taken. I’ve had experiences at other drive-​through restaurants (none of them Del Taco) where I sat and waited for minutes going, «hello? hello.?» wondering if the drive through was broken and feeling dumb. If that isn’t a First World Problem then I don’t know what is. This Del Taco (in fact all the Del Taco’s I’ve been to) have always been really good at greeting you and getting your order really quickly and accurately.
I’m sort of surprised by the bad reviews, as I’ve never had any problems here. I love this Del Taco and will come here until the day I die.

This place is terrible and I won’t be coming here again. I will make the drive up to Highland & Palm to the Del Taco there. The food here is consistently terrible. Served cold, terrible quality, I have never been through the drive thru when they got my order right. Never.
You can probably blame the management, as this Del Taco has sucked since it opened. Del Taco should be ashamed of this franchise/​facility.

Del Taco has always been one of my favorites, so I decided to try this out one day just for the fries. Fast service, nice workers, and hot food. I can’t argue with this at all.

My wife ordered only 1 burrito and they messed the order up. She was so hungry and she went there instead of Subway. She came home and her order was wrong. Is it really that hard to get one order right?
