This review is strictly for their policy of not providing you with your prescription if it has expired. I called and asked for my prescription since I had lost the paper it was written on; I was told that since my prescription had just expired I would need to come in for a new exam. When I explained that I could still see perfectly fine with my current prescription and that I didn’t want a new exam, they basically said too bad. Is this practice legal? Is this how you squeeze people for a few extra bucks? Safe to say, I won’t be returning ever again.

I have been going here for a few years and will never go back to Lenscrafters. The doctor its very friendly and easy to talk to. He is prompt and seems to really care. The front desk staff are great and seem to really like their jobs. The office is clean and comfortable.

Very friendly front desk. The doctor was really nice and we chit-​chatted for about 10 minutes before we started my eye exam. Once I found out my prescription changed a little bit, it was time to look at new frames. But I previously paid out of pocket for my carbon fiber Oakley frames. So I kind of wanted to keep them and just get new lenses. The salesman seemed (idont remember his name) kind of concerned because they were three years old. I went in with a Gamble. A week later he called me and said that my frames did not pass the stress test. He admitted he messed up and didn’t have me sign a waiver. So I got to pick out any frame that they had in stock and not have to pay out-​of-​pocket. After about 45 minutes because I’m very picky with my frames, I found some. But they were not the color I wanted. I ask him if he could get me the black frames. He said they were on backorder for about 30 to 45 days. I had a little bit of a frown, so he made a personal phone call to the district manager for Dragon Optics. He said they will be in within a week and then another week for the lenses. Two and a half weeks later my frames and lenses come in and couldn’t be more happy with them. Thank you guys for your patience honesty and friendly service.

I love it here! I get my families glasses done her by Dr.Kamiyama. He is the best !! while my kids wait they have tablets for them to play on! Great service by staff, very friendly always ready to help and my glasses come in in a timely matter. My daughter broke her glasses beyond repair and they were there to help fix my problem in no time! I recommend if you are looking for a new optometrist or eyeglass place check this place out! all up to date great equipment too! love them

I’ve had my eyes checked here for the past few years. Excellent staff and the doctor is great. The staff treats everyone like family and goes out of the way to take care of every need.

Absolutely the best place ever to go for an eye exam. Dr. Kamiyama is so caring and knowledgeable! His office plays great 80s music while you wait, they have iPads for all, incredible selection of glasses and you just leave here feeling so cared for! Wish there were more than 5 stars I could give this fine business. Look no further than here for the best of the best service.

Was in search of particular eyewear. Their selections are basic and limited. When I called ahead they said they had 2 of what I was looking for. Once there, it seems there was only one but still not what I was looking for. Some of the eyewear did not look clean, colors were mostly dark tones, no fun frame shapes. Service was not great. Person I met with did not know what eyewear I was talking about. It would be standard in any other optical store. Did not feel welcome or comfortable. Disappointed regardless.

This is a great little place, nestled in the Stater Bro’s shopping center. In fact, the whole strip is nearly a one stop shop for everything you need during the day. The only thing the center is missing is a restaurant.
The staff here are very friendly and the selection is very good. If you don’t see something you like, you can order it.
On one occasion, they lost my order and needed to be reminded. After a follow up, they had the glasses the next day. So if you need to special order something, it wouldn’t hurt to follow up if they don’t call you after 3 – 5 business days.
