I love it… I’ve been here twice in the last week. The first time I had a gyro with the Greek fries and the second time I had spicy gyro with rice… The second time I dined in… fast service!!! No complaints at all!!! I’m sure I’ll be back this week!

This is a new favorite place for me. If you want good Greek food, this is the place to go. I’ve been here three times and enjoyed everything I’ve gotten. First time, I got the gyro, fries & drink special for $ 7.99. Great deal for what you get and the gyro was really good. Next time, I got the gyro Greek salad. It was excellent, the ingredients were fresh and flavorful. This last time, I managed to branch out a little and got the kibbie bowl with rice. Delish! It also came with salad. I got the small size and it only had two pieces of the kibbie, but I was stuffed by the time I ate everything. And I did eat everything because it was so good! Lol I love their house sauce/dressing that was included with all three meals. Their rice pudding and baklava are also really good. There are a lot of things on the menu I would like to try, but I have trouble not getting what I had before because it was so good. :) I’m sure whatever I try next will be yummy too. The staff are very friendly and helpful and I’ve always been greeted with a smile. The man who I believe is the owner, has stopped by my table on every visit to ask if everything was ok. He seems happy when I tell him I’m enjoying my food. :) The murals on the walls are amazing. The only complaint I have was the restaurant was chilly. That’s why only four stars, but it is easily correctable. They also do carry out, so if it’s too cold for you, just get it to go and it’s all good.

Delicious! We’ve gotten carry out gyros twice now. Other things on the menu sound good, but not sure when I’ll get to them because the gyro is so great. They have very reasonable prices and big portions with lots of gyro meat. Also accommodating of special requests such as extra veg and making the gyro open faced. They’ve taken our business from the other Greek place in town that I used to swear by, but Crazzy Greek is better and cheaper.

My wife and I came for dinner just because we wanted to try something new. We were allowed to pick our own seat and it appeared that the staff was somewhat overwhelmed with activity at first. The server was very friendly and patient as we looked through the menu. The tzatziki appetizer was the best we’ve had anywhere. My wife ordered Tabouli and I ordered the Grilled Chicken Gyro Bowl. We were both very happy with our meals. Her tabouli was fresh and light, and my chicken bowl was seasoned to perfection. I especially enjoyed the Greek dressing for my dish. We both agreed we will be going back and will recommend it to everyone.

As a loyal customer at Crazzy Greek in Worthington/Polaris area, we ventured over to Hilliard to try the sister location(each owned by a different family member, but with similar menu and décor). It did not disappoint. My wife and I had the shwarma pita, a new item soon to be on the menu, but recommened by the owner. The beef was so moist and tasty… and plentiful. Like the other location, the hummus and pita was a nice start as part of the couples special, which also includes drinks and a salad. We also tried the kafta, which was also really good. It would be excellent on a sub(which I’m already considering for the next visit). As with the other location, the service was great. Whatever issues this location experienced at the opening have clearly been addressed. We will make this location a regular stop. When it comes to Greek food and especially the standard known meats(gyro and now beef shwarma), we have not found tastier anywhere else, in town or in our travels, then at the Crazzy Greek locations. Good luck with this restaurant, although I’m sure with this food quality, luck will not be needed.

This place is AMAZING! I went because I like Greek food and the name of it made me smile. The food is sooo good and the portions are huge and very fairly priced. I ordered the gyro bowl and made 3 meals out of it! Our server was sweet and great at her job. The owner came out and checked on us and seems to genuinely care. I have been there twice and they remembered me. This is my new favorite place. I will be back again and again and again! Thanks crazy Greek!!! :)

Visited today. My goal was to find a great new local Greek joint with good gyro’s and falafel. I wanted to like it and come back again and again. But it was strange. I had a falafel sub and it was pretty decent. My dining partner had a chicken sub and it was pretty good — not great. But the service was weird. We decided on a combo which included pop, but our pop had very little carbonation. We said nothing, but everyone was returning their pop and they just kept pulling it for folks who came in the door. Your pop dispenser is not working — stop using it! We were served our french fries pretty quickly and promised that our sandwiches would soon follow. We ate our fries(I liked them, my dining partner did not since they were commercial frozen potatoes). Our fries were gone and 20 minutes after we had consumed our fries, our sandwiches came. They were not busy so I did not really understand, but they seemed to think this was an OK way to serve a meal. There is a competitor just down the street doing it better. I want these folks to succeed, but they just have to do better!!! I consider this rating advice! I’ll try them once again in a few weeks when they maybe have it right.

I went here last weekend and the food was good. Good portions and the prices are fair. To comment on some of the other reviews. They have lunch specials and have coupons on the their website. The building itself is the same as the prior Mexican place, but they have hand painted murals throughout the whole building. The owner said it took 6 weeks to pain. Also, the owner was very nice and cordial to me. He even asked for suggestions about the area.

Loved this place. Lunch specials are great gyro fries and a drink for 7.99 or my favorite the Gyros bowl with a side of hummus delicious. Loved the Greek fries. My friend had the chicken and rice with the house dressing. Wish they bottled and sold it. Maybe they do should have asked. Never had a falafel before but the it was great. Owner was very friendly and accommodating apparently falafel was a family recipe. Will be back to try more. First impressions are lasting and mine was fab.

I was pretty excited about another gyro/greek option in Hilliard. Now, I am excited when we get another one because I probably won’t give this place a second try. I know it was opening weekend but the issues were more than food. In this era of the internet, you would think a business would make sure their online presence is correct. My first issue for this place is the value. this place is way too expensive for what we ordered. Their prices are more than the Olive Tree and the food wasn’t close to the same quality. I ordered the mujadhara with gyro meat. Blah, no taste. If I hadn’t ordered meat with this dish then this dish would have been a bigger disappointment as there were not a lot of lentils in this dish. The meat was a bit dry as well. The mujadhara had no flavor and I feel sorry for a vegetarian who would order this. The gyro meat at least made it an entrée and not a side dish. The price of the gyro muhadhara. On the INTERNET, the price said $ 9.99 with an extra $ 2.99 for the gyro meat. They charged us $ 4.99 more the gyro. On your website, which has the Hilliard address, it says $ 2.99 more. I would have never ordered this if I knew the price. I almost didn’t for the price with $ 2.99 more. Awful value. We didn’t notice until on the way home. The«greek fries.» were pathetic as they threw a little feta on top. Most places have a little extra spice on it that is really good. They also charges an extra $ 1 for greek fries which is ridiculous. They charge an extra $ 3.99 for fries and a drink already on top of the gyro. We would have better served going to Wendy’s and Kroger ordering the value fries and a small thing of feta. It would have been cheaper and the same amount of fries. The manager/owner who doesn’t understand opening a new business. He complained to my wife that the $ 3 coupon was only for the Westerville location but he would be nice and take it. We Printed it off the website that says crazzygreek2. It has the Hilliard address. You should probably check your internet presence before complaining. We even told him this and he still denied it. The only bright spot was the spicy gyro which my wife said was spicy. I did not try it so i can’t confirm. I just wish i would have listened to another local Hilliard person who tried it the night before and said she was very disappointed with the food quality. She loves the Westerville location and found this one lacking as her meat was dry as well. Maybe they get their act together but Al Ameer, Olive Tree, Feta & Pita and the Med. Bakery do not need to worry as they took my business one time but I will not return. The other place have better food, better value, and great customer service.

This is a review of the new Hilliard location: Crazzy Greek II. I couldn’t find the new location on Unilocal yesterday to do the review. We had never been to the original location near Polaris, but it had such high reviews we were excited that a location was coming to the Hilliard area. When we entered the restaurant I smelled an odor that just seemed unclean(not appetizing) and it was chilly as if the heat was not on. It’s 45 degrees in Columbus today, so we didn’t feel a temperature change when entering. They have taken a Mexican restaurant and repainted it to have the Greek atmosphere that you see in most Greek restaurants. We have been to the prior Mexican restaurant enough to see that the only change was some paint regarding any remodeling or updates. Seemed kinda dirty overall. There was one server and the owner trying to manage 4 – 5 tables, 2 carryout orders and checking people out. The owner was also preparing the food in addition to helping the 1 server. I guess I would think during a grand opening time that you would be sure to be over staffed. This was not the case. I actually felt bad for them because they honestly just needed more hands/help. We both ordered the lunch special-gyro, fries and drink for 7.99. The fries came out probably 10 mins. before the gyro, which was not ideal. The gyro looked amazing and the homemade sauce was DELISH, but the chicken had several pieces of gristle, which completely turns me off! The chicken was very dark too, like very seasoned, which is good but almost black! Just VERY different than any other chicken I have had in a gyro. By the end of our lunch, our server was overwhelmed and it took awhile for boxes and the check-not a huge deal but the poor girl needed help! I blame management. Not a fan, won’t be back. First impressions are lasting. *as a side note, there was a guy that was hanging the new sign outside that came into the lobby and was talking very LOUDLY on his cell phone in Spanish. Just loud and rude when you’re trying to enjoy your lunch! – go to the back room if you need to make a call!
