I love this place. There’s a whole bunch of them around the area to go to. I don’t go for the video poker, cigarettes, or booze though lol… i go for the cheap food. If you’re looking for a cheap dinner and at a bit of a dive, with lots of character, this place is awesome. My wife and I ate there for $ 8.50 total. Food is made fresh and pretty darn good. Must be 21 to enter. If you have a rowdy uncle who loves to drink, you will feel right at home here. The staff have to deal with tipsy customers with attitude all the time so don’t expect them to kiss the ground you walk on. but if you offer a smile and are polite, they usually go a bit out of there way to make you feel welcome.

This place is not much to look at and rather hidden but what makes it a gem are two things: sandwiches and service. I am not a gambler or a drinker and I do not smoke — this place has all three of those things though and some kind of normal looking regulars who seriously gamble their paychecks away during their lunch breaks. The people who work here though are amazing and very friendly. I drop in on occasion for a sandwich because for $ 3.99 you get a sandwich and a bag of chips or some fries that is amazing — I highly recommend the club piled high with stuff and so tasty! They only accept cash but this is the cheapest lunch you will find hands down and if you eat there you can get free soda! Actually if you just go there to gamble you get free soda!

Dotty’s is a casino/bar/deli all rolled up in one. I had to ask the bartender/cook what Dotty’s is because from the outside it is hard to even tell. The bartender/cook/host said that Dotty’s is a place for house wives to come and play video poker, get something to drink and have some food in a safe environment. That was the original idea of Dotty’s but since then it serves everyone in the community. I asked if it was a bar, which he said no, it’s a video casino/deli it just recently started servicing mixed drinks but has always had beer and wine. For me is a hidden jewel within a strip mall. I originally went in to purchase a lottery ticket(no it did not win) but I did win by finding this interesting place. Dotty’s hours are, 7am till 1:30am S-Thr and 7am till 2:30am Fri and Sat. I did ask why only till 1:30am Sun-Thrs and it is because they don’t have a lot of business those days but pretty happening on the weekend. Got to love the place.
