My laptop needed repair due to viruses, shoddy work by other «computer experts», old files and programs. Looking for a reliable computer repair company in Hilo is difficult. We checked with Unilocal and were we glad we did. David is friendly and a tremendous help. He is extremely knowledgeable and shares this knowledge to best help the customer. He does not talk down to the customer like they do not know anything about computers. He is helpful and honest about his recommendations as well as his reservations about upgrades, programs and hardware. It was a pleasure doing business with him and my laptop works great also.
