Not the normal good service nor quality of food today, plus the coupon is deceiving. Had to wait 15+ minutes before being seated was given a pager and yet, others who walked in the door AFTER and given a pager, were seated before us. Hmmmm. We were seated at a bar table near the front door(cold day too) and had lousy service. Will probably not eat at this restaurant again… or for a long, long time.

Incredible food. Chilled beet salad was delicious, bacon wrapped shrimp appetizer was fantastic and the ribeye was melt in your mouth good. S’mores dessert was a big hit with my 5 year old and the Butterfinger crunch cake was insanely good! Service was impeccable. We will definitely be back on our next visit to HHI.

The lunch menu was very reasonably priced. We ordered the eggplant parmesan and grilled salmon alfredo. We started with the house salad and caesar salad. All were fantastic! The crème brûlée made a great finishing dessert. This was their first day open after over two closed weeks of refurbishing and the surroundings were immaculate! Highly recommended.

Oh my God where do I begin? The atmosphere is so classy yet comfortable, the service was great and the food oh my god the food! We had barbecue shrimp for an appetizer and I had the lobster mac and cheese — I still dream about it today! We ate there in August 2015. Cannot wait to go back!

Just finishing my meal our appetizers were good stuffed mushrooms and deep fried ravioli. Had the meatballs also appetizer size was ok not the best I have had. Ate the veal ravioli they were ok but the environment and service are really good and priced reasonable. Question is would I come again yes probably but not without trying other Italian restaurants first!

Dine here every trip to Hilton Head island, always a great meal, and attentive service. Suggest that you make reservations, even a favorite of the local residents. They never fail to impress.

Katie(server) was awesome. Food was delicious. Bloody Mary was amazing. Review would be 5 star had they not charged us 4 dollars to split our meal. We are perfectly capable of separating our food between two plates. A little pretentious with that move but aside from that all was well! We will be returning.(But will be sharing our food at the table. God forbid the chef need to use two plates!)

We went here with a large group(about 27) and they were fantastic. The reservation was made the morning of the dinner and they really came through. We had a back room almost to ourselves, and two servers helped the entire group. Food came out quickly considering the size and am everyone’s orders were correct. The lobster Mac and cheese was unbelievable. It has a whole 1−½lb lobster in it and the cheese sauce is made to order for every dish. It was very flavorful, not over salted, and lobster was cooked perfectly. The crab cake dinner was also very good. The crab cakes were large, no fillers or anything in them, just tons of crab, mayo, an nice mustard drizzle, and they came with a side of whipped sweet potatoes that were really tasty. Next time we are in the area, we will be back!

Frankie Bones great atmosphere but loud. Waitress was excellent. We had the calamari and garlic cheese bread for appetizers both were yummy! We all had the Ribeye Special it was okay flavor was off and it was on the tough side. Hence the 3 stars if the steak was better I probably would have gone to a 5 stars. The wine was excellent, Pahlmeyer is an awesome Red wine from Napa one of our favorites! Also the Lobster Mac N Cheese was awesome the saving grace of the night.

Great place to check out. We are not a local but thanks to reviews on Unilocal we didn’t fall for a tourist trap. You should try to get reservations. I had the lobster mac and cheese which is one of their speciality dishes. It was amazing. We had a large party and our waitress was great and super nice!

Super cute in here! We sat at the bar for happy hour and had a great time going back and forth with the bartender Rachel. We ordered three rounds of drinks(were given casino chips for ‘1 off’ drinks; a cute idea) and ordered the fried green tomato stack… Phenomenal. One of my favorite things I ate on vacation this last week. My fiancé hates tomatoes but he devoured this with me. Pimento cheese, candied walnuts, and an amazing basil balsamic gastric sauce. Yum yum yum. I would love to try their other food here next time we visit.

I come to Bluffton to get my car serviced. My service guy told me about this place. It’s just a short ride over the bridge to Hilton Head Island to this wonderful place in Main Street Village. Its not hard to find. I love the lunch specials. I finally brought my husband for a meal and we both enjoyed it. He was impressed with meatballs and his burger. My dirty martini paired well with the meatballs which are flavorful and large. Two are more than enough. My goat cheese salad was very good and the young man who was our server made sure we were happy. Cannot wait to come back for supper. Wonderful interior takes you back to the times of men in sport jackets and women in heels and dresses out for a meal in a really cool supper club. Poker anyone?

Frankie Bones was a disappointment on our last night in Hilton Head, but it was the only place that took reservations. But it didn’t seem like a reservation mattered as we didn’t get seated for 30 min past our reservation time. The peach Bellini was tasty and the herb butter that came with the warm bread baskets was delicious. Other than that I could have passed on the entire meal. For appz we got calamari, spinach dip & two flatbreads: one with chicken and another with mushrooms and asparagus. My first bite into the chicken flatbread I bit into a chicken bone. Gross. The Caesar salad was disappointing as it tasted like it was just bottled dressing on sad lettuce. I had the salmon Oscar which was overcooked. Mashed potatoes were pretty decent but I make pretty decent masked potatoes from a box too. I’d rather wait in line any place else than have a reservation at this place.

Wow! My family and I were originally going to go to Wiseguys, but it looked a little bit too upscale for our post fishing attire, so we decided to give Frankie Bones next door a try. Food– I started off with the house salad with ranch that came with my entrée. It had nice, crisp romaine lettuce, as well as creamy homemade ranch which is always a staple for me. My brother had the chicken soup which I did not try but he said it was good. For dinner I had the signature ribeye steak. It was delicious, cooked medium as asked, and marinaded in a perfect coffee coating. It was so juicy and delicious! It came with a side of some killer potato casserole that was cheesy and filled with bacon. I also tried some of the creamed spinach which was amazing. Spinach in general runs the risk of being too bitter, but their creamed spinach was a perfect balance of spinach and creamy flavor. I also tried the fingerling potatoes side which were soft, with excellent seasoning. I also tried some of the fettuccine alfredo, which im not a huge fan of, but it was still pretty good. The weird thing about this restaurant is that we were sitting right next to the kitchen, and every dish any of the waiters brought out looked amazing; literally everything, especially the meatballs that I wish I had tried. For dessert we had the butterfinger crunch cake and the triple chocolate brownie. Both had great flavor and were warm and melty. Seriously these desserts are like chocolate/peanut butter heaven. Service– Our waiter was extremely nice and helpful. He refilled drinks every five minutes, and seemed to have a personal story and connection to each dish! He even let us in on the secret to how their steaks taste so delicious. Atmosphere– The décor is very italian(similar to Bucca Di Beppo) and the atmosphere strikes a nice balance between casual and upscale. Value– I was expecting the bill to be a lot higher than $ 150 for five people considering we ordered some of the higher pricing entrees as well as dessert. This is not by any standards cheap, but considering the meal we got I would say it was much more than worth it. If I return to HHI which is likely, I will definitely return to Frankie Bones.

Frankie Bones has great Italian cuisine for the whole family! There are fantastic Italian dishes with a wide range of prices. For dinner I had seafood pasta with alefredo sauce. I also tried the steak. The pasta was rich and creamy with perfectly cooked seafood. The steak was juicy and well seasoned. Probably one of the best steaks I’ve ever had! For desert I had a butterfinger crunch cake. It was a warm soft brownie with a crumbled butterfinger topping, served with vanilla ice cream. Our waiter was friendly and frequently gave us refills on our drinks. Our food and appetizers came out quickly as well. You should definitely go here if you are in Hilton Head.

Amazing! My husband and I had Frankie’s Fabulous Ribeye and it did not disappoint! I ordered mine medium and it was cooked wonderfully and so juicy! The marinade was delicious and melted in my mouth! The twice baked casserole was a perfect combination and we added some fresh shrimp too! The staff were welcoming and our waitress, Trish was on top of all our needs! Trish rocks! Favorite place in Hilton Head this far! We will be back!
