We ventured from our timeshare resort in Pittsfield to have breakfast at Ozzie’s on our way to Greenfield. We had a great time, especially on the back roads heading east once we left. Food was good and service was excellent. The owner dropped by our table and we had a nice chat. My wife had her eggs with corned beef hash and really liked the way they make the hash. Interesting décor. In the summer they have a deck out back and auto shows.

Solid choice for some good olé comfort food… or just sitting on the patio ordering brewskies. I was lame and just had a salad, but my friends all tried the different kinds of mac and cheese. They loved every minute of trying to clean their plates. There was a lot of awkward satisfied moaning going on through the meal… which was good sign of the taste of the mac and cheeses! If you are in the area its worth giving it a try!

We had a fabulous meal tonight at our first time at Ozzie’s. I was impressed with how warmly we were welcomed into the restaurant. Everything was delicious but the lobster bisque and burger my oldest son ordered really stood out. The bun was a thick piece of Texas toast-style bread that was buttered and grilled. Sooooo good. My husband ordered the seafood fra Diavlo, another huge hit. And all three desserts we ordered were fantastic but if you’re a chocoholic try the chocolate fudge cake. Divine! And I was thoroughly impressed with the staff. So friendly and warm. The owner even took the time to come and talk to those of us who were waiting for a table and stopped by during our meal to make sure we were enjoying everything and we chitchatted for a while. Highly recommend and would definitely frequent again if we were remotely in the vicinity of this restaurant.

Ozzies is a tasty restaurant in «downtown» Hinsdale with indoor and outdoor seating and a large variety of american food options. We eat here about 3 times a year and every time we say we should go back more often. Prices aren’t cheap but are also not expensive. If you are in the area I would recommend it!

Great food, friendly atmosphere, Ozzie came to table & checked on us. Wish we lived closer, but if we ever return from VA, Ozzie’s will be a meal stop for sure!

Removed from the main gucci drag of Lenox its lack of pretense and fantastic food make it the perfect breakfast spot in my book.

Just had breakfast there this morning. Biscuits and gravy with corned beef hash. I’m from the South and usually biscuits and gravy are a disappointment in the North. Not the case here. The food was excellent! One of the best breakfasts I have had in a long time. Highest recommendation !

I went to Ozzie’s after a local recommendation. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly as well as responsive to any of my requests. The menu was very large and reasonably priced and the food excellent. My lobster bisque among the best I’ve had. While this is a casual restaurant, the food is extremely well prepared and service friendly and responsive. It is now one of my very favorite local places and I make sure to get a reservation due to the fact that the«secret» is out!

Stopped in for a late breakfast after picking up my daughter from Camp Taconic. Inside was packed so we sat outside on the nice spacious deck. I got ozzies home Made hash with scrambled eggs. Excellent. Daughter got Ozzies steak and eggs(because that’s the name of the place), again excellent. Cooked perfectly as requested, not easy to do with a small breakfast steak. Wife had poached eggs with biscuits and gravy. Hours later she’s still raving about it. I was highly impressed by the service. Despite being swamped we were promptly seated, got our order taken, and had food in a reasonable time. Coffee never empty, water glasses promptly filled. A guy, I believe the owner, stopped by a couple times to make sure all well. I’ll return the next time I’m in the area.

The food was okay but the service was subpar. One of my friends never received part of her meal and the wait staff were nowhere to be found for most of the time we were eating. We waited a long time to order, waited to receive the bill, etc. After the iffy service they then included an 18% gratuity on the bill for our party of 5.

Exceptionally good and hearty breakfast. One of our party said it was the best corned beef hash she had ever had. Eggs over easy and keilbasa. Mmmmmm.

Today was our first time at Ozzie’s and by far the BEST steak & eggs breakfast we both have ever had. The steak was a steak«not» a thin over cooked wafer of meat byproduct ;) the home fries are also Top Rated cooked and seasoned just like mom used to make. And last of all the prices are more then reasonable which is had to find nowadays.

Loved it! Staff was super friendly and the food came out really quick! I ordered«Sausage & Gravy,» which is two eggs, biscuits and gravy and their famous corned beef hash. Sooooo yummy! Best breakfast in the Berkshires!

Great food, really nice people. Met the owners, real nice people. Fresh home made hash, eggs were perfect, we even tasted some big belly clams. Best food in town, mom and pop own restaurant. Worth the travel from Jiminy Peak resort area. Going back for dinner with all the family. Yummy, won’t leave hungry!

Hands-down breakfast champion of the Berkshires. Even if you don’t like homemade, crispy corned beef and hash, their oversized omelettes and pancakes will make your morning. Their lunches are also good… Huge burgers, local beer, and friendly staff makes it a good time. It’s very common for the owner himself to go from table to table to ensure that your meal is perfect. Get there early! Lines are not uncommon here.

Pretty much the only game in town, Ozzie’s serves up tasty breakfast and lunch. The menu focuses on things like steak and eggs(who’d have guessed?!), brunch items and basic sandwiches. We ordered the eggs benedict, omelet and a kids pancake meal. The pancake was the weakest of the three but certainly not bad. Seems another popular item here is the corned beef hash(we didn’t try but regretted it; it looked tasty). Definitely not beneficial to your waistline, but Ozzie’s is worth a stop if you’re driving on Route 8 and want a good filling breakfast.
