IHOP

Servers are nice, but kitchen stays so busy things sometimes get too hectic, so service suffers. Place needs a major overhaul, stinks of old mops and mildew. Most importantly for owners and cooks: No one, and I mean NO ONE, likes runny grits. For God’s sake you’re in Georgia, learn to make grits! I keep coming back over the past 15 years because it’s convenient, but this may be my last visit.

I have had more than one bad experience here. Every Halloween my family & i come here with the kids to eat dinner. Everyone gets their food at different times, half the table didn’t get what they ordered, no one got refills on their drinks, we were not asked if we needed anything, and to top it off the waitress didn’t even ask if it was going be on separate checks. She just handed my parents the whopping check for the whole table. On a good note, during the busiest time on the weekends everything is fine. This is the only time my husband and I go.

I went to IHOP several days ago, first time in a long time, but it was a great experience. Our waitress was exceptional and friendly and the food was so good. Love this IHOP!

They seriously need to have more staff here. we typically stand waiting for a table at least five minutes. and the place will not be busy. It still smells like a dirty dishrag in here… or stale milk… just stinks in here. Food is always good but doesn’t always come out as ordered. Just wish they would clean the place with clean rags maybe… and hire more people.

This IHOP was one of the best I’ve ever been to! The place was packed because of father’s day, but we were seated very quickly. The waitress was very friendly and had great service. My food was significantly better than other IHOP locations.

I always enjoy eating at Ihop especially during the all you could eat promotion. However I found that this time it was different. My waiter BRITTANY wasn’t happy about given us the second round of pancakes. When asking for the pancakes she didn’t seem thrill at all. I’m pretty sure that the founder and or CEO wouldn’t be please to know that their employees isn’t willing to please the customers during the promotion. Smh will not be returning.

Review is based on breakfast only. Consistent and pretty good. I have had good luck with servers. Had a burger once. Never again with all the burger choices nearby.

4 because I hate IHOP but I went with family. Food all came to the table in a fashionable time. The employees are a little loud and need to handle there business in the bak away from the view if the customer but hey I’ve seen worse.

I love going to Ihop! The smell and the atmosphere are always welcoming, so when I make a special trip to this location for a friend… needless to say I was extremely dissapointed. Its Friday at 4 in the evening, and there were hardly any customers or staff. So my question is, how come it took nearly 5 minutes to get seated? There was no wait or waiter. On top of that our server didn’t show up for nearly twice that time. When we are finally ready to order our server, Sarah, whos attitude was the only light in this dim establishment. I would of been happier if our orders came in complete or presentable. My friends omelet was sloppy and thrown together. My sandwich was tasteless, plus I ordered a full sandwhich… and a separate server brought out only a half. Nor did he bring out the condiments we asked for. Sarah corrected these actions very polietly and swiftly. If not for her this place wouldn’t even receive one star.

It’s an Ihop. It is what it is. Pretty much standard for an Ihop.

This place sucks. I ordered the spinach and mushroom omelette with extra crispy hash browns and pancakes. When the food came out, my omelette had no hollandaise (as described) and my extra crispy hash browns were as cooked as if someone had just breathed hot air on them a couple of times. No crisp. No delicious crunch. Karim took them back, to get «a new order» made, and when those came back I had to inform him of the hollandaise absence and that my omelette was cold. The second order of browns were no better than the first THEY WEREN’T EVEN EXPOSED TO THE GRILL ON ONE SIDE, and they had DROWNED my omelette in sauce. At this point we are pissed because in normal, well-​operating restaurants you bring ketchup to the table when two people order hash browns. I ended up scarfing two mediocre pancakes and drinking my coffee before all hell broke loose. I think the kitchen was having a meltdown.
Ps: Karim, don’t just take the plate away when something is wrong and the guest has pushed it to the side. Ask what’s wrong, maybe?

Service is slow an takes a while before someone seats you. Come on Saturday mornings around 9:00am for great service.

I normally steer clear of this restaurant because of the poor service we’ve received in the past. I ended up there with hubby for a late breakfast. Service today was fine. Always be prepared for a wait on the weekend mornings — it took us about 20 minutes to be seated.
Have to give kudos to IHOP for having turkey bacon as a choice — I was sooo surprised. Also, they have new flavored coffees that come in a huge mug. I had the Irish cream and it was excellent. The menu is a bit pricey in my opinion, but they do have decent portion size.
Warning: the woman’s restroom smelled like sewage and the floor was filthy when we were there. Fastest hand washing ever!
