I had wonderful customer service on Christmas Eve. I always have special orders due to allergies and they were very considerate and accommodating, which I really appreciated.
My one complaint, which is not the fault of the people that work there, I hate the new coke machine that all drinks come out of the same spout! There will be residue from previous drinks that will end up in your drink. People have allergies making this machine dangerous.

Worst customer service at this location. I love going to wendys but was greatly disappointed when me and my husband went there today. The staff was very unprofessional by not even acknowledging us. We stood in front of the register for at least 5min. Plenty of employees passed by and not one said «we will be right with you» which you would expect. I get they get busy but that is just plain rude. Won’t be going to this location anymore.
