Chocolate chunk cookies are HUGE and delectable. Perfect taste and texture. Nice atmosphere for a coffee shop. Not so cozy that it’s confused with your grandma’s living room, but comfortable enough to chat with a friend, read a leisurely book, or study. $ 1.25 for a refill is a bit steep. Otherwise nice place, friendly service, and great coffee.

No, no, no. This is not a good coffee place, Holland. Even IF it was, the price of the mediocre brew is unacceptable. Apparently being coffee snobs and people snobs go hand-in-hand here. I hate it when I’m made to feel like I’m interrupting the busy lives of the«help» staff. If you don’t like making pour-overs, take it off the menu instead of taking out on the customer. Buyers beware! Avoid making eye contact with employees during the purchase process on the iPad where a tip is expected to be added BEFORE you receive your order. Since you don’t make coffee with Foldgers or Yuban, you get 2 stars instead of 1.

The ambiance is pretty amazing but the coffee isn’t good. Maybe I am just spoiled by other microroasters in Michigan.

Seemed to be a nice coffee shop at first, but was not happy with my order. The women who took my order did not listen so I got the wrong drink. Then she told me I would have to pay more if I wanted it changed over. #1 mocha does not mean a hot drink, especially when I specifically said I wanted a frappé frozen blended drink. –drives me nuts when hyper cashiers have selective hearing and don’t know the meaning of basic coffee vocabulary

Pros: I’m very glad I heard about this place earlier this past year. I like it as a place to get away to during the day to take a break and clear my head. I also like it as a place to meet people. It is a peaceful and pleasant environment with some pretty great coffee as well. It’s also a nice alternative to JPs if you prefer something a more cozy, less noisy and more peaceful environment. For someone like me, I prefer an environment with less stimuli and distractions. I’m not criticizing JPs, it just depends on what you like when it comes to a coffee shop environment and good coffee. Con: Parking can be a challenge when they are busy. I’m not sure if they can do anything about it, but I have had to find off site parking on occasion. It’s more of an inconvenience than anything else. A short walk never hurts either. .. so maybe it’s a good thing too.

Great coffee & coffeehouse. So nice to have something on the south side of town. Currently addicted to their Oaxacangold. Smooth, low acid and delightful.

This is definitely the best coffee in town since Lemonjello’s changed their coffee. But it is expensive, and there is no bottomless cup. The environment kind of reeked of chaos, but they are newly opened. The staff was friendly, but not really knowledgeable about their own process.
