Martha’s Lei Stand

I ONLY come here for my leis and hakus. This lei stand is reasonably priced and their customer service is the best.
Aunty recognizes us as soon as we get out of the car. She always comes thru for us, whenever we need it. My daughter had ordered a maile lei for her prom date, 2 months in advance from another lei stand. A week before the prom, she calls to confirm the order and the agreed upon price ($ 35). She is told that the order is still there, but the price has changed to $ 50 because of the prom season demand. WHAT? She ordered this 2 months ago & you won’t honor the price? It’s not like there was a maile storage. I was so disgusted. I called Martha’s Lei Stand and they not only had a lei for my daughter, but gave us the price that she originally quoted by the neighboring lei stand. Take that, unnamed lei stand.
It was because of this that we are now loyal customers for Martha’s. The flowers are fresh and reasonably priced. The customer service is fabulous. Another bonus, if you have a Hawaiian miles number, they will give you extra points for purchasing here, you don’t even need the Hawaiian credit card! Awesome, right?

This lei stand had absolutely no customers and the owners felt the need to eye me out and tell me to not park in front of their place while waiting for a flight to come in. So lame. I could understand if it was super busy but come on. No stars just for the crappy attitude

I used to only buy Leis in Chinatown-​until a friend introduced me to Aunty Milan.
I send everyone here & do not waste time going anywhere else.
Service is amazing, leis are fresh & stored well. Pricing is reasonable.
I felt compelled to write a review, because recently I had a special order. Martha’s didn’t just «make it,» the lei was extraordinary! Well made & absolutely stunning. Thank you! It was a small detail, that made my daughter’s day extremely special!

I went here yesterday (Mothers Day) looking for Pikake (mom’s favorite). All the other lei stalls were asking $ 25 per strand… Marthas gave it to me for $ 15!!! At least their price was much more reasonable than everyone else!
The other lei stands were RIPPING OFF people… Talk about PRICE GOUGING… A man was at the stall to the right of Martha’s and bought 1 strand Pikake for $ 25.

Milan at Martha’s Lei Stand is so incredibly sweet. When I called to ask about pricing, she patiently provided answers to my many questions. When I came in to place my order, she gave me suggestions on which lei held up better in heat or if people were moving around. She was conscious of my budget and didn’t try to simply make a sale. She even provided us with a cooler to make sure our order did not wilt. Very good customer service.
We stopped by again last night with some friends from the mainland. The ladies making lei in the front are just as sweet as Milan and her daughter, Pomai. They advised our friends which lei they could take home and packed them carefully. They even have puakenikeni leis! Five stars!

They had the puakenikeni lei my aunt requested, none of the other stands did. Four stars for you!
